Fine — their receipt says unused items can be returned within 15 days, so I bought another $70 worth of items to get a second tote, thinking I could just return the duplicates later at the Waikiki store.

But when I returned to the Waikiki store to return two items, one of the employees gave me a really hard time. He questioned why I didn’t just keep both tote bags and then said that the other store had called him to give him a heads up that I was coming. He also said that he can deny my return request.

WHY DID HE KNOW I WAS COMING? WHY WAS QNOTHER STORE CALLING AHEAD TO TALK ABOUT ME?

Awesome, unique, cute store that doesn’t have the same tourist crap as every other store. Prices are ‘Hawaii’ compared to the states, but it’s nice stuff. The staff we talked with were friendly and made us feel welcome! They even recommended a new place for lunch. For us, we found a new stop on our North Shore trips each vacation!

Herb was very helpful in explaining the discounts and product to us so we could pick the best gift. Very cute store, great for holiday shopping!
