First time ever to enjoy a Hard Rock Cafe and it was Great! Our server was polite, attentive and fun. The environment was energized and fun. The food was delicious and the cocktails even better! We enjoyed a wonderful band. The whole experience was super!

Burger was a mess and cold. Too tired to send it back after traveling all day. We shared a burger and fries. Server was great though. Probably won't be back

The food was really tasty and the portions were generous. The upstairs eating area is spacious and the outdoor, undercover terrace was a great place to eat. The live music on a Saturday night was a bonus - not too loud and very enjoyable. Service was super friendly and efficient.

Wow, celebrating our 33rd wedding anniversary, walked up the stairs to Bon Jovi. We love the Hard Rock in Waikiki, the house salad, amazing !!!! What we went for was the New York steak, medium well, is a must. Not only did we get a great meal but we got excellent customer service !! Thank you Hard Rock !! Thanks All Steve & Angie

Just had appetizers which would good - the buffalo wings were like any other restaurant!!! There was a band playing and they were also good - hard to hear the lead singer though. Would go back.

Got the New York Strip cooked to perfection; simple and delicious. Didn't have a full appetite to order appetizers but the selection looked good over all. Had 2 drinks, blackberry sangria was nice, could have been a little stronger but i got a souvenir glass with it so i wasn't disappointed in the slightest. It was my birthday celebration so without even asking the waitress brought out the cutest little icecream sundae with a candle and i ordered an additional espresso martini that was made beautifully. Although i was by myself for this visit, i thoroughly enjoyed myself~ the live entertainment seemed to be setting up as i was fixing to leave around 8ish so if you want to hear music during dinner hours that might be the time to go. Otherwise 10/10 experience. Everyone was so kind.

The food at any Hard Rock is sub par. I've eaten at several hard rocks and the food is always terrible. We only go in hopes to find something traditionally American to take a break from local food. It is always sun par. They even find a way to make nachos taste bad. Also, it was very hot as the seating is open air.

Ribs were not great, v dry and not the usual standard I enjoy in HRC around the world. Kids pizza was untouched. Not good at all
Food was great. Good selection to chose from. Our waitperson was loaded with tables so service was less personal and had to wait for things like reordering beverages, ordering dessert and getting our check. He tried though. Always love a visit to a Hard Rock since ours closed in Denver.

What a disapointment. Wine was served warm. Chicken wings served cold and nachos barely any meat. Just a few sprinkles. Then barman overcharged us for the total bill. After raising the warm wine issue couldn't be bothered with the rest. Just ate and left dissapointed. Came here 10 years ago and everything was amazing. What's changed?
