Hawaiian Aroma Caffe At Beachcomber Waikiki

Had such a wonderful time at Hawaiian Aroma Caffe in the Waikiki Outrigger Beachcomber! The food was fresh and tasty, and the tropical vibes made it the perfect spot to relax. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which really added to the experience. Definitely a must-visit in Waikiki!

This cafe came in clutch for those staying at Beachcomber. The acai bowls are delicious. My wife and I would get one acai bowl and one heartier dish (i.e. sandwich, waffle, or platter).

We booked our hotel on costco and came with breakfast vouchers- the food we ordered didn’t come with the vouchers but we paid a small amount and they upgraded the food for us. Waits ranged from 5-20 mins depending on the day.

The coffee was smooth and worth buying a bag home. Even better is that it’s $26 for 8oz of Kona beans! Thank you!

I waited 45 minutes, but they lied and claimed it was only 25. I had to speak with the waiter to remind them about our order. When the food finally arrived, it was cold. For my party, they said the waffle machine wasn’t working, so we ordered bagels with cheese instead, but they still brought the wrong dish.

Excellent Cafe. Food was always fresh and the coffee was excellent. During our recent stay at the Beachcomber there was a tsunami warning that forced an evacuation of Waikiki. The Cafe opted to stay open and help all the occupants of the hotel. They served us food and beverages which we were unable to obtain from anywhere else. They stayed to help us when they didn't have to. All other shops/stores/restaurants closed, but they made sure that we all had food first. First class establishment. Without their kindness we would have been without food or drink until the following day and possibly longer. Huge thank you.

Nobody wants to work on their vacation, but this is a pretty decent spot to get some work out of the way so you can enjoy your vacation! Very friendly staff!

Disappointed. We came here because the website said they had gluten free options, which normally means some kind of gluten free bread / waffle option or at least some kind of full meal without gluten but it seems like they just meant the smoothies. So it was misleading, but also the smoothies were really bad, especially for how expensive they were. It tasted like 80% ice and not fresh at all, very watery and the acai didn’t taste like acai. About $20 for two smoothies that we took 3 sips of and threw away. Staff was friendly and atmosphere was nice but very disappointed with the food.

Disappointing experience at this coffee shop. When I walked in, I was completely ignored by the staff. One person was on the phone, another walked away from the register, and the others were chatting with each other. I stood there for a while, but no one acknowledged me or took my order. The lack of hospitality and customer service was shocking. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. Maybe they need to work on prioritizing their customers?

Servers don’t know the ingredients of the food. We got the bagels and waffles - both were very dry and did not have enough cream cheese/syrup etc. It seems they lack the understanding of how to serve appetizing food. We felt our $$ were wasted here.

Great Coffee
I ordered a Latte and was dreading the first taste. I've bought coffee in a number of places and been disappointed over abd over agsin. Not today!!! They made a fabulous Latte. I am looking forward to my next coffee. AND they have a really good beer and pizza deal.

I was busy right when they opened at 6AM. We only waited less than 15 minutes for our food. My only complaint was that the French toast was a little dry.

Such amazing food and the vibe is really great !!
