Hawaiian Aroma Caffe At Beachcomber Waikiki

Cofee with soy is available. But staff claimed that nothing is vegan

Disappointing experience at this coffee shop. When I walked in, I was completely ignored by the staff. One person was on the phone, another walked away from the register, and the others were chatting with each other. I stood there for a while, but no one acknowledged me or took my order. The lack of hospitality and customer service was shocking. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. Maybe they need to work on prioritizing their customers?

Servers don’t know the ingredients of the food. We got the bagels and waffles - both were very dry and did not have enough cream cheese/syrup etc. It seems they lack the understanding of how to serve appetizing food. We felt our $$ were wasted here.

Great Coffee
I ordered a Latte and was dreading the first taste. I've bought coffee in a number of places and been disappointed over abd over agsin. Not today!!! They made a fabulous Latte. I am looking forward to my next coffee. AND they have a really good beer and pizza deal.

I was busy right when they opened at 6AM. We only waited less than 15 minutes for our food. My only complaint was that the French toast was a little dry.

This place is inside the Beachcomber Hotel in Waikiki. I first noticed the smell of fresh baked pizza with a hint of basil. It made me hungry.
The next time, we were running out to ABC to get some alcohol and have a little party in our room when I stopped in my tracks and asked if we could have 2 pizzas to go.
It was my first time trying Hawaiian pizza (with 🍍)
Oh my gosh !! It was the best I ever had. Seriously, the fresh pineapple on crunchy cheese was over the top goodness 😋
We met our family for breakfast the next morning . Again, this place did not disappoint or break the bank.

The food was ok. Not good for the value. Would not go there again.Very small restaurant, maybe 8 tables, Hard pass.

Very nice staff, they are always smiling. Very accommodating. Visited every day while in town at least twice. Recommend!

Cozy cafe with beautiful decoration.

First time here came for breakfast. Place had a nice crowd. Line was long. Good menu options for breakfast. I had the eggs, bacon sausage and toast. I asked to substitute the pineapple with other fruits and they said I couldn't. Nice atmosphere. Overall food was good.

Awesome atmosphere and amazing staff. Highly recommend stopping by.
