This was our second time trying Hi Shack—we visited the restaurant previously. This time, we ordered two classic sandwiches, and they were good overall. However, I personally found the patty a bit bland in flavor.
The service was great nonetheless, just like the excellent service we experienced at their restaurant :)

This place has an actual brick and mortar location now. It is always empty which is insane cause the food is so good. I’ve been 3 times in the last 2 weeks and have never seen it full but it should be! Best burgers in town amongst many other wonderful things on the menu, go eat there so they can stay!
Very lively place and definitely their variety of dishes won't disappoint. The portions are very good and their signature lemonades are very refreshing. Perfect for the Hawaiian weather. My family tried the burgers, Philly Cheesesteak, Quesa Birria Tacos, lechon kawali dish and crab and lobster roll and OH BOY definitely mouthwatering and tummy well-satisfied. My kids are usually picky with their foods and they enjoyed their foods. They know when to appreciate good foods and this place has become our go to whenever we visit Waikiki coming from the mainland. Well definitely let our friends from the mainland try it out.

$37 for the worst lobster roll I've ever had. The staff was nice and I'm sure they were just working with what they had, but the meat was 98% itty bitty overcooked bits of the small, noodle like walking leg meat. Think lobster spaghetti (see photo)
Not appetizing, nothing like any lobster roll I've ever had. We threw it away. Bummer.

Always nails it, Their food is always so good. Prices arent bad but worth it. Trying their Philly Cheesesteak, Lechon Kawali, or something like their birria tacos.
My pancit was extremely greasy I have been sick for two days due to the greasy fried food. Please don't use that many rancid seed oils. The music is the best. The cool is so kind and sweet the restaurant is beautiful

It was my mom and I first time in Hawaii and of course we were craving Filipino food. We found their food truck first but we were informed and guided to the restaurant by the owner, herself! The service was great, they were very welcoming and attentive. The food was incredibly delicious! especially their Filipino food, very authentic, which brought me back to the feeling of mother land! They also have various options with food: American, Mexican, Filipino, and Italian. The atmosphere is clean and spacious. However, it’s a bit pricey but understandable since we were in Hawaii…. Overall, my mom and I loved it so much to the point we ate there daily until we had to go back! 😊

Really neat food shack court. The Aloha Tea Bar had delicious Korean corn dogs. Original, potato mozzarella and hot cheese.
