We had such a beautiful meal! Every effort was made to accommodate us. The menu was prix fixe and labeled as “no substitutions” but I do not eat meat (pescatarian) so the incredible fork-tender wagyu beef was lost on me. Instead, the chef prepared an INCREDIBLE butter poached Maine lobster mushroom risotto 🤤for me. Very happy. The final course was a festive and delicious Yule log dessert- too beautiful to eat- but we managed
We had the thanksgiving special menu, and the turkey was one of the best ever. Soft, juicy and without too much oily. Lobster was beyond imagination, savory, chill, coconut and chili raises the savory of lobster, this dish is a must have. Even though the overall expense is on the high side, it's still pretty good for a Thanksgiving dinner with family.
This was simply excellent! We started with the Seafood Tower, and most of us had the Grand Tasting menu. Everything was delicious, and the Tasting menu had us excited, anticipating each new couse. We were especially thrilled to see Reni - our absolutely favorite server from the Brunch! She is so genuine, and always provides such unparalleled service. It was a perfect celebration for us, and we appreciate the special touches she provided. Many thanks to Hoku's and Reni!
