Other than for the fact that the outside tables are located adjacent to the front driveway of the property, the place is excellent, and definitely will be a go-to restaurant in the future. The wines by the glass list, moreover, is reasonably varied and the prices are good.
Excellent service, great food. Except the truffle. $30 extra but we did not mind. However, when we got the fresh truffle shaved right in front of us, we noticed there no aroma hitting our nose. As we tasted it, we found that there is no flavor at all. We have tried many different types of truffle before, fresh shaving or prepared in the kitchen, so that was disappointing. I ate dinner here two nights is a row, several weeks ago, and everything about both meals was just excellent! The service was great, Paolo, whom I had both nights, recommended a wonderful wine I'd never had before, Amarone della Valpolicella. It was so good, I searched out a bottle when I got back on the mainland!
