“Extraordinary experience at Rigo this week! For our one-day visit to Oahu and tour at Pearl Harbor, I dug deep into researching restaurants for dinner. I didn't want to be in a hotel (which dramatically reduced options). Since we love the food in Spain and Italy, I locked into Rigo. Best decision! Mickey expertly guided us through the menu and we loved every bite! Started off with a half order of jamon bellota (tip: get the full order) and patatas bravas. Shared the Australian lamb chops, the divine red king crab and jumbo shrimp paella, pizza Bismarck, crème brûlée, and chocolate cake. Wow! So good. The pizza was the best I've ever had in my life, same for the crème brûlée. Besides the wonderful service from Mickey (and truly every person at Rigo, including manager Jimmy) the decor, atmosphere, and the neighbors at the next table, made the evening unforgettable! My foodie daughter wasn't a fan of Honolulu until Rigo, now she's all in to visit again. Me too! Thanks, Rigo team!“

“Reservation for a Friday night. Not too busy and available parking. Food and wine/port was very good: we had the short ribs, risotto, pizza and several appetizers and desserts to share. We do recommend ordering your own desserts instead of sharing. Everyone enjoyed the meal. We would return here for sure.“

After 2 disastrous visits to Olive Garden this vacation we realized Spaghetti Factory was here as well so decided to give them a try and OMG huge difference! What a great crew!! “I thought I had made a comment but I don't see it here first I'd like to say the food was fabulous there was no problems with that. I had stopped a busboy and asked him for some more butter for our bread he took a few steps forward first then step back and said well I need a plate you have to take that butter off that plate because we don't have any more plates. I did take the butter off the plate and had it to him he brought it back and he just dropped it on the table it was incredibly rude nobody really said anything until a little bit later in the meal and then it was brought up about how rude he was. This was the night before mother's Day so it was my mother's day because I had to work on mother's Day everything was great except for that experience with that busboy I'm very sad to say that really left a bad taste in our mouth.“

“Don't understand the mixed reviews. This place was really good. Pleasantly surprised to have another solid restaurant in town. The service was top notch and attention paid from the minute we sat down until we left. In fact, the service was better than a lot of fine dining restaurants in town. Now, the food and recommendations: Beet salad 5/5 if you like beet salad this one was one of the best i ever had with macadamia nuts and salt it had a sweet and rich savory taste that was a great starter Crispy Rice 5/5 another great starter. As expected, the rice was crispy and chewy at the same time with the fish giving it a deep but not overpowering flavor profile. Shrimp: 4.5/5 Generous pieces of shrimp and a nice red sauce. Very flavorful and wanted to scoop up more sauce with every bite New York Strip: 4/5 This was the only semi disappointment of the night. Ordered medium rare and because of the cut the end pieces were overcooked and dry. Not that it was bad but this was probably my fault for ordering a steak when there were so many other good options to order. The smashed potato's 5/5 were good but deadly. If you don't want a rich and heavy mashed potato dish don't get this but if you do you cant deny that it is yummy. Overall a really great dining experience and probably one of my favorite new places to go to“

Expect smaller portions as they kept the prices lower. Just keep asking for more bread.
Service is great and very friendly. This is an old area so don't expect it to be fancy.“

“Absolutely delicious and outstanding food. Our server Joe was absolutely awesome providing us superb server. The Bufala Caprese, Orecchiette pasta with meatballs, pizza primavera and Pesto Pizza were to die for. Loved the Teramisu cake as well.“

I started with the Togo Lasagna what a TOGO surprise had to go back for more went back had the pepperoni pizza did not take a picture due to the great taste!! “We enjoyed a fantastic dinner situated above the city, after a long day of touring. The service and food were fantastic, and we also enjoyed the live music. Highly recommend for a romantic, relaxed, upscale dinner.“

“We were looking for good Italian food and a great atmosphere. Although it is easy to miss from the street, it is the perfect place for great food, exceptional and personalized service and relaxing quiet atmosphere. The bruschetta came with four pieces but the server offered to give us 5 pieces, one for each of us instead of having us order another entire order, offering exceptional hospitality. We wanted to try several things so we ordered salad, margarita pizza, pesto pasta, lasagna and shared. Every bite was amazing. The perfect place for a great meal and a bottle wine to enjoy in the sitting areas throughout the restaurant. This is truly a hidden gem. Best meal and service we had during our 10 days stay in Waikiki Don’t miss it!“

“I pick up lunch from the Pioneer Plaza location a couple of times a month. It's always the large salad ... Which gives you 3 to 4 choices atop some cut lettuce. I usually select the peas and carrots, curried chicken (even though I don't like raisins), tomato and cucumber and the pasta salad.

There are pasta and sandwiches ... my workmates often order that instead of salad. FYI, the large is a better deal ... You get far more food for just a few more dollars.“

“My daughter treated me to lunch and we both had the unlimited soup and salad special. Our server, Seneca was very attentive to all of our needs. He was prompt in delivering everything, filled, our water and checked on us. We sat outside with a beautiful marina view. Great experience !“

“Had such a great experience at Ruscello at Nordstrom. The food was really good, and the portions were surprisingly big for the price, which made everything feel very worth it. I also loved the aesthetic and ambiance of the restaurant—it has a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere, and it was fun being able to watch the chefs cooking and preparing dishes in the open kitchen.

The service was amazing as well. Justin took such good care of us throughout our visit, always checking in and making sure we were doing well. His attentiveness and friendly attitude made our dining experience even better.

Another plus is the free parking at Ala Moana, making it super convenient. After enjoying a delicious meal, you can easily spend some time shopping around the mall. Definitely a great spot for good food, great service, and a nice overall dining experience. Highly recommend! ✨🤍“

“Walking past, there's a good chance you won't even notice it. There's a row of 3-4 shops in one building. Upon entering, you realize just how small it really is. The lady behind the counter was super friendly and patient, this was the first time for me to visit this place. I honestly couldn't decide, there were so much to choose from. I ended up ordering the Hawaiian calzone and the combination calzone. I was not disappointed at all. They were delicious. I quickly realized however that I should have ordered just 1. They were both quite full. I'll be sure to go back there on my next trip to Hawaii.“

“Feels like fine dining at casual cost

Nothing short of great in all context. Food was not only delicious but well presented and the portion very much fit the price.

Service from initial greeting to leaving was excellent. We were well attended to throughout. Never saw the bottom of our drink glass, and someone was always bringing us something like bread or drink OR removing old plates/glasses. Never once did I feel rushed felt cared for!

The vibe was perfect in my opinion. Nk hustle and bustle to get me out to turn the table. Room was slightly dark but well lit at the same time. Again feels like fine dining.

If it wasn't our last night in Waikiki would be back for another before departure. Until next time!“

“This was definitely a different Pizza experience... their story is intriguing and hopefully this brand and cuisine comes to the remainder of the states especially Florida... I had their lime drink and it was amazing and their Pizza was delightful. 43 inc highly recommended. In Tampa Florida we have a network called The HUB and it's a place we recommend phenomenal experiences. This would be one.“

“Stopped here for a quick bite to eat. We ordered a slice of pizza with a side Cesar salad. The Cesar dressing is home made and was authentic cesar dressing. The pizza is delicious thin crust. Highly recommend this place if you want freshly made food at a great price!“

“La Pizzeria is quintessential—the moment I walked in, I knew I'd found exactly what I was looking for. Exposed brick on the walls and visible in throughout, creating an authentically charming atmosphere that sets the tone perfectly.
The pizza itself is wonderful. I ordered the large pizza half tomato and basil, half pepperoni, and it was cooked to absolute perfection. The dough was incredibly soft, the toppings were vibrant and fresh, and the balance was spot on—like Goldilocks, everything was just right.
What also struck me was looking around at what other diners were enjoying—every menu item coming out of the kitchen looked absolutely delicious. It's clear they maintain a high standard across their entire menu, which means I'll definitely be back to try their other menu offerings.“

“Came here with family kid friendly ! Food was delicious hot and good portions I got the morning scramble and my mother got the veggie scramble both extremely delicious. Mimosas are really good as well. Prices were great especially for Hawaii“

“Had an excellent time went on Valentine’s Day. I do got to say, though the only thing that had the downside was the flies you literally gotta keep an eye on your food.“

“Order take out (Bolognese and Carbonara). Food was ready on time, flavorful, not too heavy, and creamy, and like that the menu isn’t huge. However, I do think it is a bit pricey. Parking was a bit hectic but there is a parking lot outside and a parking garage below. I do look forward to trying their other items. If you don’t want to wait on parking I deff recommend ordering take out.“

“I have been shopping there for many years and love the selection of vendors that are there. We can almost always find what we are looking for including gifts from local artists and made quite a few friends with some of the vendors. There is something for everyone. Also I recently became a vendor myself.“

“Fairly priced food where other Italian restaurants are at over $30 a plate. Nice staff and we sat right away for dinner. Proportions are mostly fair. They look small on these larger plates. Happy hour is 5 to 7:00 Monday through Friday makes the drinks more reasonable.

The spaghetti sauce is not very creamy and has lots of tomato chunks. The Alfredo and pink sauce are creamy and rich.

They also have deep fried Oreos so that's a bonus.“
