Fun spot with both Japanese and made to order pasta … they sell pastries too!—- authentic bentos, good chew on the pasta, and the milk buns are great too! They also sell eggs imported from Japan. 🙏🏻
I came here after my wife gave birth because she was craving pasta. They have a great atmosphere. It's a perfect mix between affordability and flavor! Plus a large indoor dinning area is hard to find on this side of town. 10/10 highly recommended.

MIO PASTALOGY is a hidden gem with a great variety to choose from, including building your own pastas, Italian bake goods, and Hawaiian bentos/plates. The restaurant offers a Japanese fusion flavor with options like the Mentaiko Spaghetti, Dashi Tomato pasta set, salmon pasta special, panna chicken, shoyu butter, eggplant bolognese, ikura salmon pasta, yuba ginger cream, and shrimp aurora. The bakery next door is a sweet touch, and the prices are reasonable. The pasta is cooked well with good chew, and the flavors are delicious without being overpowering. The small eatery has a school lunch cafe style, where you can get your own water. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the sitting area is large, clean, and has AC. The cashier even surprised a customer with a complimentary bread. Vegetarian options include beyond meat burgers and pastas with eggplant. Parking is easy with free spaces right outside, and the place is wheelchair accessible. The only downside is the slightly confusing layout inside, but overall, it's a pleasant experience.
