Friendly helpful staff, unlike some of the other Jack's locations that have poor customer service since installation of the self order kiosks
Hard to park. Surly staff. Sticky tables and floors. Homeless people going through trash cans. Only saving grace was the food.
They closed the lobby early and forced us through the drive thru and then messed up the order and would not fix it at the window and told us to go back through the line again to get it fixed after waiting 20+ mins for the first time thru

The highlight is the Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies milkshake, although a bigger straw would be beneficial. The location is mostly drive-thru with typical fast food parking. The wheelchair accessibility is good, with a useful menu at a wheelchair-accessible counter. Overall, the staff is friendly, quick, and well-trained, making it a convenient stop for a quick meal.
