I am so addicted to the Mentaiko Spaghetti! This little eatery is a great combo of sweet and savory with the bakery right next door. The place is clean, there is a good variety to choose from and I am definitely going to go back. Parking is right out front and every time I have gone, I never had difficulty finding a spot. Staff are also friendly.

Awesome hidden gem. There's a ton of options for everyone. Picky eaters are quaking right now. I would come again. It's very reasonably priced but I'm a Fat P so I ordered two meals. Had to try something from each shop. It's more of a school lunch cafe style of eating. Not much service, get your own water. Very friendly cashier lady though

It's not bad here, passed by a few times and never really considered trying it for some reason. Finally a family member went here and said how much they liked it. It's a little different on the inside where it could be confusing on how to order or where to order since one side is one thing and other side is for another. It's small not very big so no big deal but maybe a hanging side saying pasta/bakery this end, bento plate lunch the other end? Got the Dashi Tomato pasta set. Wanted something that was on the Japanese fusion flavor was contemplating this, the natto or the shoyu butter. Overall I liked it, noodles were good and al dente. Sauce was tomato with hints of dashi (japanese fish broth), seaweed sprinkles along with Bonito (shaved fish flake) and a few pieces shrimp. Wasn't bad for what you are paying. Bakery side we tried the melon pan it was ok too. They just ran out of the chocolate and chocolate chip melon pan which I would've preferred trying. Overall good experience. Decent amount of parking. Oh and our cashier ran to our table after and said chef wanted to give us this bread. Was like a nice light (Focaccia?) bread that I ended up using to soak up the rest of my pasta sauce.

Mio Pastalogy is a recent find for me that I find myself coming back to whenever I'm trying to find a place to eat. My usual order is the natto carbonara which is is something unique and delicious for any natto lover. This restaurant offers a fusion between Japanese and Italian, with some traditional dishes and some very different from other places. The space itself has a nice casual eating area that's shared with Dell's Bakery & Kitchen. The only downside of this place is the parking lot, which has some pretty bad potholes, but as long as you can avoid them, you'll enjoy it!

I wanted to get some fresh pasta for a dinner party we were having. I went in here and bought two packages of fresh linguine and their cream sauce. People at the dinner party loved the pasta and I would definitely go here again. They also have a lunch counter where you could build your own pasta dish. The service was great and the young girl there answered all my questions and gave me a little extra focaccia. The place is very clean and there's ample parking outside. Next time you're having people over for dinner, why not go get fresh pasta and sauce for a side dish and then all you have to make is a salad?

I love the ambiance and the service. The pasta is freshly made and the combinations they offer is great. Only thing I would suggest is to use chicken breast rather than thighs. That was not their best.

We came to pickup pasta for my son since we were in the area. One of our favorite places for pasta. Fresh noodles and yummy sauces.

They make pasta "your way". You can choose the noodles, the sauce, the other ingredients. Price isn't bad.Pro tip - 20% off during lunch time.

Fantastic place for fresh pasta which is pretty hard to find in Honolulu.Excellent concept. You choose your pasta, choose your sauce (or even mix sauces), choose your toppings.Or if that's too damn complicated for you, they have some pre-selected options. You can also pick up a salad, and walk over to the bakery right next to it and grab some of Honolulu's best focaccia. There are tables to eat in or outside. I've even brought a bottle of wine and some glasses. The food is much better than most of the "Italian" restaurants around and the prices are reasonable. You can't go wrong here unless you want a full service dining experience.

The service here is bad the workers don't seem like they want to be there at all. I waited 5 minutes to do my order because the girl was counting her drawer then finally another worker took my order. There was only a few customers in the store. One of my pet peeves are workers who don't greet customers. It was my first time in there and given how to order seems kind of intimidating I would have appreciated the workers explaining what the establishment was. They're a bakery, a noodle place, and a bento box place I think?I bought the shoyu noodles with bacon and I added chicken. It was a small portion for $15. I ordered 3 pastries and without realizing it until I got home the girl gave me the wrong pastry. I spent $30 here, but it wasn't worth my time or money because the service was bad and the food was okay.I don't recommend this place at all.

I've had a few pastas here now. Preset and build my own. They've all been great in a Japanese/Italian fusion of taste. Today as I was leaving the cashier offered me a focaccia bread. Wow!!! They should give every customer one. It is one of the best focaccia I've ever had and would just go there to buy more to dip in balsamic and olive oil. I'm developing a taste for natto and tried their natto carbonara - yummmm!!!

Here's the thing - if you like tasty pasta and you want convenience, check this place out. There's not many places in town that offers this level of pasta that you can just take to go - with so many different options. However, do keep in mind that the ambiance is that of a take out place, and not that of a typical pasta restaurant. You can either order ahead of time or just walk up to the deli-style like counter. The people there are quite efficient and able to produce the hot dishes quickly. The sauces we had tried so far were all outstanding, and considering the price an excellent deal.
