Was skeptical based on reviews but was quickly put at ease with the manager/owner? He was hilarious and delivered amazing service to our large group. The food was AMAZING!!!!!
The spaghetti Bolognese was fantastic and the wine. Very nice.
We ate here on a whim and are glad we did! The wait staff is very attentive and food is great. Highly recommend!

The exterior patio remains a pleasant spot to dine, and the interior features a large bar and a historic Ferrari. While prices are reasonable, some dishes may not live up to expectations. However, the food is genuinely scrumptious—full of flavor and clearly made with care. Despite the setting and service issues, Little Italy Hawaii is a great option for those craving Italian cuisine in Hawaii.
