When I am in Waikīkī I like to grab a coffee and açaí bowl in the morning or heading to the beach. I got the Hawaiian latte- which has coconut and macadamia nut syrup which is a little too sweet for me. I also wanted an açaí bowl so I got the classic- acai with bananas, strawberries, blueberries, and granlola. It was very big for 1 person, I probably should have gotten a chia yogurt for something smaller. Service was great and quick, there’s some seating inside and it’s really busy. Kind of on the pricey side, it was about $30 with tip for my coffee and açaí bowl.

Really convenient location, good coffee and surprisingly delicious matcha! I've been on a matcha hunt since coming to the island and I always end up coming here when we visit Waikiki. Plus they are open pretty late for a coffee shop which is wonderful when you need a pick me up in the evening.

Their specialty lattee is delicious - half sweet for me on ice. Have gone back few times this trip, staff is so nice, vibe is awesome, merch is also adorable.

Greeted by a strong cleaning smell and rather unfriendly staff. The coffee was okay, but the banana bread was a pleasant surprise. I don’t plan on returning.

The service was very rude, took someone else’s order before mine, and did not offer an in house coffee, made me take it to go. Seemed like they wanted to push me out and none of the staff acknowledged me. Super rude and overpriced.

I would not recommend getting the Kona frost hawaiian for $10.25 the flavor was off it tasted like burnt coffee and sour tasting. I returned it back and asked for a different flavor and the kid that was behind the counter that said we can’t do anything about the taste because that’s how they make it and recommended the local latte which was better it actually tasted like coffee. I know the location is Waikīkī which the prices are higher but the cup was small for the price and it didn’t taste like coffee this place is a rip off. The one in Ala Moana is way better with customer service

Coffee is good but overpriced. The bakery items are disgustingly dry and tasteless :/ payed almost 20$ for a croissant and coffee…

I understand it’s busy but the whole line got their drink before me even the people who ordered after me and the staff seemed passive aggressive that I ordered an espresso? I ordered an espresso and added milk to it and asked for more ice and there was a blonde girl that gave me a death stare just for asking for ice. I love staying in the Westin but after that I’m going to get coffee elsewhere

One of the best thing about this place is it's opening time at 5:30am.... No other coffee location opens this early. Keep up the early hours!!

The coffee itself is good and strong. Delicious really ...

While the breakfast goodies are delicious as well the selection is pretty standard for a coffee place

If you are not interested in dining in a little pro-tip would be to go sit over at the hotel or go look at the ocean

My only complaint is the music...it's a bit much/loud at 5:30am. Turn it down to start and ramp it up later on the day would be my suggestion

Also note, the seating area can get loud real quick with a big group coming in OR a few loud talkers....so if you want more of a peaceful scene .. walk over to the hotel and sit in one of their rockers on the front deck there

I will give this coffee place still 5 stars. We did have a couple hiccups but they were willing to fix our order. We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and also 2 coffee drinks. The sandwiches came out hot on the outside but cold in the middle. They fix it by replacing it with another sandwich and the coffee my wife ordered was way to sweet and they replaced it with another.
