I had the beef ma la dry noodles. Make sure to get the house made chili sauce if you like a little spice. Took the flavor from a 7 to a 10. Happy hour gets you three potstickers for free as well.

I ate here 4 days in a row during a 6 day stay in Waikiki. The noodles in the beef noodle soup reminded me of my Taiwanese grandma's homemade noodles, somehow both chewy and not too heavy. Broth was light and 'clean' tasting, with the option to add your own chili oil to add a bit of spice. Beef noodle soup is $15 between 11am-2pm, which is a good deal for the generally expensive Waikiki area. I also had the sesame noodles ($13), which was a yummy & easy takeaway dish (although recommended to eat right away when noodles are bouncy and chewy). Gyoza was also very good! There was also no line and we were served immediately every time we went. Highly recommend for a quick & casual lunch in the Waikiki area.

Walk in Waikiki n stop by this noodles place. I had the beef noodles n the gyoza and add on eggs. It was so good. Heard they homemade everything here. Service was on point too. Come check it out when u here. It locate in the food court under the Victoria secret building. Take the escalator down. Look for honolulu noodles co. It small area with couple tables there. Nice wooden tables & chairs. Clean & cozy. Definitely coming back

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! We ate here twice on our trip. Definitely get the beef noodle soup-very clean broth not overly oily/salty. Gyoza-perfection crispy amazing. And shrimp fried rice very similar to din tai fung. Make sure to ask for the homemade chili oil they use Thai chilis so be careful but I put it on everything!!

Yummy beef noodle soup, but the price $22 is pretty steep for it. I can't justify on returning and paying that price for it again. They have lunch promo for it at $15 so I may be return for it at that time. We ordered wontons and pickled cucumbers with it and it was homely. I adore their chili hot sauce. Located underground and has a lot of other competing noodle & Asian restaurants. Service was wonderful and solid quality place for their tender beef noodle soup.

My party elected to try this place for lunch. As others have mentioned its located underneath waikiki called stix Asia. The staff heavily promoted their beef noodle soup special for $15. Regular price $22. We decided to try that in addition to their popcorn chicken and tofu. The beef noodle was such a small serving and came with 2 small pieces of beef. The broth was bland. No spice at all. Even for $15 this wasn't a good value. I can't imagine paying $22. I would pass on this place. This place is a tourist trap for sure!

A standard bowl of beef noodles. The beef, tendon, and tripe are stewed until they are so tender that they melt in your mouth. The taste is bland without much additional seasoning (you can adjust it yourself if you like it stronger).

Not the best but not the worst. For context I've visited Taiwan so it's a high bar. I would say the noodles were quite nice and the beef was cooked nicely. The soup for the soup noodles was quite plain in my opinion and needed much, much more beef flavour. The sauce for the dry noodles was also quite one-note and I got sick of it before I got to the end of the bowl. We came during happy hr and we got some free gyoza which was nice, because I would say that was the best thing that we tried. The noodles were also not cheap for what you get. Meh.

The waiter is looking at you when you tip. So you kind of are forced to give them 18% tip which is the lowest on their screen but actually no service at all. I even saw the waiter asking more tip from another customer. Food is just so so and you have definitely find something better in Wakikii.

It's wonderful to see the underground food court being re-opened for some time now since our last visit to Waikiki. Wasn't sure which restaurant to try first, so we decided to go with Honolulu Noodle & co for some Taiwanese food. It's wonderful to see a Taiwanese-owned business in Hawaii. I thought the food overall was pretty good. The Dan Zai noodles were so good! It's different from traditional Ta-a mi. It's very brothy and super flavorful. Highly recommend it! The Neo Loco Moco was on point compared to the traditional minced pork rice in terms of flavor minus the poached egg. I don't think the poached egg is necessary to be honest. It's always better with the traditional lu dan. Still, very enjoyable though. Definitely worth the try. Just order it without the poached egg. The Beef Noodles, however, didn't really hit the spot. While the beef and tripe were tasty, the soup felt like it was missing a touch of Taiwan flavor. I thought it was bland and didn't hit the ball park of traditional beef stew noodles. Overall this place is wonderful. Service was great. If you're Taiwanese or want to try Taiwanese food in Waikiki, this place is IT. 傘!
