I haven't been to IHOP for a long time and this was my first time back. I have to say that I'm very disappointed in the quality of food and service.
I ordered the T-bone steak with mashed potatoes, 2 pancakes, and hashbrown. While my wife ordered the spicy shredded beef anytime tacos.
I'll start with the t-bone steak. I expected the steak to be thick, but it was less than 1/4 inch. Also, it looked very pale. The mashed potatoes were very dry. It tasted like carton and seems like it came from those instant mashed potato shelf brands. As for the spicy shredded beef, it didn't look like it was shredded and that they just threw 2 small blocks of beef on the taco.
Service was ok. For some reason, the server left trash from another table. Good thing we were just about done with our food.
We will be staying away from this place.

We had an amazing experience at IHOP today! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional. Our server, Janelle, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome. The food came out quickly and was cooked to perfection. Great place to grab breakfast near the airport. Service was great and the coffee was hot. Easy place to swing by before or after a flight. Only downside was parking lot was full and had to find parking on the street.

Read full review. The nasty has been repeated. I Will never come back to this restaurant if that's what you call serving what they did. The service was half ass, my scrabble looked like oatmeal, the hashbrowns were tasteless,dauger got an omelet that was runny. She could only handle a couple bites, my boy got chicken strips and fries, both looked fresh from the microwave. The floor was slimy and slippery, no one cared that the food was bad. Homeless all around the restaurant. Never again. Worst $89 spent on my trip. After this post they replied with a online review that changed nothing. I don't live in Hawaii but that nasty taste will follow me to the IHOP near me. Might think twice or even 3 times after that poor meal.
