The atmosphere was great and the service was outstanding. Janelle always goes above and beyond to make sure I have a great experience. If you want to relax and experience great service, a relaxed atmosphere, good food served hot, this is the place.

Hands down the worst restaurant experience I've ever sat through. The coffee was disgusting. Utensils were dirty so we were given plastic ware instead which I had to ask for. There was only 4 tables filled but took 30 minutes to get my food. In which I was never given all of my food after asking for my side it took an extra 15-20mins before I just decided to get up pay my bill and leave. The food was terrible and the service matched. If I could leave negative stars I would. Mind u it’s 12:30 in the afternoon yall are not that busy for it to be this terrible.

Went to IHOP for lunch with my family of 5 restaurant was kinda busy. However are server Janelle was very attentive to to our needs. Had the breakfast sampler was very good. I will definitely be back.

I haven't been to IHOP for a long time and this was my first time back. I have to say that I'm very disappointed in the quality of food and service.
I ordered the T-bone steak with mashed potatoes, 2 pancakes, and hashbrown. While my wife ordered the spicy shredded beef anytime tacos.
I'll start with the t-bone steak. I expected the steak to be thick, but it was less than 1/4 inch. Also, it looked very pale. The mashed potatoes were very dry. It tasted like carton and seems like it came from those instant mashed potato shelf brands. As for the spicy shredded beef, it didn't look like it was shredded and that they just threw 2 small blocks of beef on the taco.
Service was ok. For some reason, the server left trash from another table. Good thing we were just about done with our food.
We will be staying away from this place.

She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome. The food came out quickly and was cooked to perfection.
