What a delightful experience this visit was.. we were warmly welcomed by the staff which we felt was soooo genuinely delivered. There was no rush at all and the whole experience felt relaxed. That warm Aloha spirit from the staff was perfect and set the mood for our dining experience. The food tasted fresh and was delicious. My steak omelette was cooked to perfection and the side of pancakes really completed my meal... And with the restaurants close proximity to the airport it was easy to get to after checking in for our international flight (we had quite a few hours to burn)... all in all; a very good place for a quick and hearty meal.

IHOP, I dont know but seems like your days are numbered. Quality just isn't the same. Waited a few minutes to be seated. Never acknowledged considering there was a waitress cashing 1 customer out. Alot of dirty tables. Our table had to be wiped down. Syrup caddy full of old sticky syrup. Hasn't been cleaned for sure. Food was average. Took awhile to get to table for just breakfast items. Now the waitress we had did great with what she had. She was running the restaurant on her own it looked like. Seated the door, waited on 4 or 5 tables, delivered food, took orders, brought drinks. Did forget a couple things but she did very well. Even dealt with complaints from a guest over the quality of his food. Lastly was the price. Would of done better going to a nice restaurant that charges the same prices and cooks food to order. You can tell yalls breakfast stuff sits out for awhile. Least what it tastes and looks like. Good luck IHOP. Hope this helps.

My boyfriend and I didn’t eat in, but we did ordered from their website and pick up in store. (We didn’t go through any third-party websites like DoorDash for this btw)
Anyways, food was alright. By the time I got the toast, it hard and stale tasting. I also ordered an Oreo milkshake but apparently they didn’t have ice cream and didn’t even bother to call. By the time my boyfriend went to pick up the order, they just handed him our food WITHOUT telling him anything about no milkshake until he remembered and walked back in just to say that they can’t make one because they ran out of ice cream…like how unprofessional! I’m sorry, but that’s like $10 for a milkshake and it’s like we are being scammed. They said they can’t do anything about it and that we had to go online for the refund without telling us how to do so. I tried going back on their website to make a claim, but it was nearly impossible because we can’t properly contact them without locating our ihop location in their map indicator to continue on with filling out a form. We called them too and one lady said she’ll write down our information and have someone call us the next day to tell us how to file a report, but we never get a call back nor did they pick up the MULTIPLE calls we tried to make. For a franchise restaurant, this is so upsetting how difficult they make it for us customers to get our things refunded. We spent $60 there. That’s like $30 per person. Very pricey…
Never ordered from their website (at least for the Hawai’i location) because if they messed up, you will have a hard time to dispute it online with them. Very disappointing

Ordered a steak omelet, and once I bit into it there was a piece of hard white plastic in my mouth😑. Never coming here again! Very disappointed.

This time the service is not so good. Not too friendly from the host, server is ok but forgetting food and don't remember who order which item and just dump on the table and we have to. Figure it out ourselves. No water refill. Restaurant is not busy and no regular service at all.

It's an IHOP, so you sort of know what you're getting, but service was attentive and friendly, and food came out quickly and was really yummy.

IHOP has some of the, if not the best pancakes I have ever tasted in my life. And it is open for a very long time. If you are craving some pancakes, I would highly recommend going to IHOP.

As a tourist, this was my first time trying IHOP, and I was pretty excited! I ordered the breakfast combo with country fried steak, requesting an over-hard egg, gravy on the side, and swapped the regular pancakes for chocolate pancakes instead.
The steak came out hot, crispy, and well-seasoned. It did taste a bit greasy—like it was fried in oil that's seen a lot of action—but the savory gravy balanced it out nicely, making the whole dish feel lighter.
The egg was slightly runny in the center, but I actually liked it that way. The hashbrowns, on the other hand, were a little underwhelming—kind of hard instead of crispy, and a bit bland. Only the soft, thicker parts were enjoyable.
Now for the star of the meal: the chocolate pancakes. Wow. Honestly, they saved the day. Easily the best pancakes I've ever had—moist, intensely chocolatey, not too sweet, and so smooth going down it felt dangerous (in the best way). I'm still dreaming about them!
The service was kind, the restaurant was clean enough, and the prices were fair for the quality of food. I’d definitely come back—for the pancakes alone!
