We did a Michelin star chef night with a set menu. The meal was out of this world, nothing else I consumed on my 5 week trip compared. They did tac on optional 6th round (wine service) to the three that got the wine pairing, without asking my table and very much overpriced a top shelf whiskey, but I think this is standard practice in Honolulu sadly.

The appetizers were good but I wouldn’t say they are must-have. The za’atar sourdough needed a lot of oil, but the other breads were top notch.
Overall, the desserts were good. I tried a new item, chocolate mousse, it still needs some development. It was a bit disappointing, and there weren’t any offerings made...
