Waited in drive thru for over 5 min drove around twice. After ordering at the window my coffee was cold my breakfast sandwich was dry and cold . Very poor customer servjce

Not even sure how this place continues to be in business. WORST Jack in the Box in the entire Pacific Region. Avoid at all costs!

3/16/25 - placed an order and paid in the mobile app. Go through drive thru and lady (?) at the speaker just says “we’re closed”. So I said okay, I already paid for a mobile order. What do I do? 30 seconds later and she says “I’m not available”. Honestly, she both struggled with basic English and communication skills, but she also sounded drunk or very stoned on drugs. Finally just left because it was like trying to ask a mop bucket a question.

But this experience isn’t the only reason for this review. It’s that this is the consistent level of absolutely horrendous service from this location. Shame on me for ever giving them the chance to ‘do better next time’… because they’ve never improved. I don’t know how any of their staff could even get through a job interview and communicate well enough to get hired and that speaks to the substandard management and franchisee.

This was the last chance. I will NOT go to this location again. I may not have the highest standards… as demonstrated by even eating their food, but this location can’t even come close to meeting the standard of service that customers should expect.

Mainly because of rude service by their counter clerk Jennifer.
Some person as angry as her should never be employed where customer service is necessary .I definitely won't be going back and will warn all my friends

Definitely the worsed experience I've ever had at a Jack in the box. The dude taking my order heard me tell him 5 times I wanted 2 large shakes and he kept putting regular and saying regular like I can't get what I want to pay for. Then I try to order a plain burger and dude rings me up for a deluxe combo like bro what.

I would never come back to this location. The employee was really rude. I don’t appreciate the way she speaks to me . She has an attitude or should I say the ugliest voice. Tbh she got me .

The drive-thru is supposed to be open 24 hours, every day. However, on February 8th and 9th, I came to this location and pulled-up to the drive-thru and it was closed. The staff inside ignored me.

Both times I went there, I arrived after 9:00pm and there didn’t seem to be any cleaning or restocking being done.

If this bank of Jack In The Box is going to close their drive-thru at some point, I think the least they could do is post an explanatory sign on the doors and drive-thru window.

Employee and Manager was so Rude. My girlfriend needed to use the restroom . And we asked them so nicely if we could use it because she was about to pee her pants. and this rude ass cashier just looked at me looked like she was insulting me. I told her i’ll buy something just let my girlfriend use their restroom and she looked at me with rude face like she didn’t want to let us use their stinky restroom. their whole store smelled like a dead rat has been rotting too. Probably why their store was empty because of how rude you guys treat customers.

Honolulu Door-to-Door Pick up and Delivery Service

I went to the jack in the box on Punahou and King during the night. They said no drive thru orders only pick ups for phoned in orders. I didn't know that restriction was ever in place waste of a trip

There are two staffs at lunch time weekend. They lock all the door before noon and let new customers not come in. All the new dine in customers went back not buying anything. They locked out bathrooms and excuse it is broken. We couldn’t use bathroom at testayrant and even wash hands. This is not only lazy staffs but also against the law as running restaurant.
