Waited over 20 minutes then the employee practically threw the food into the car at us. Half the food was incorrect and the other half was disgusting. Didn’t get the sauces we ordered either. A total waste of $77 I will never come here again.

I ordered a teriyaki bowl combo and received a bowl of rice with no chicken. Tried calling to get a refund and they don't answer the phone. They answered the first time I called and you could hear someone tapping something on the other line. The server on my receipt is J-Drick D.

4 times I've gone and every time the exact same thing happens. I order my simple drink that is on the menu. They hand me something completely different and then pretend I'm crazy. I hate this place. Learn how to read your own menu if you're gonna work here ok?

Service took forever, waited an hour for our food just for it to be messed up. Asked for 2 number 6 combo meals, Server Jasmine R REPEATED back “2 number 6”. Asked for curly fries and got regular fries. All we got was one burger, fries and a drink when I asked for 2 of them. Server rolled her eyes when we asked for the curly fries. Slowest jack in the box I’ve been to.

Well, I had a pickle Jumbo Jack when I ordered no pickles. Pickle juice makes everything taste like pickles. Nasty pickle !! Then a restaurant with no ice. They should get ice from somewhere until they get the ice machine fixed !!!

This place is not 24 hour like its advertised. I was told in the drive thru that they only accept DoorDash/ online orders after 1200 am. So I parked, ordered on DoorDashed and picked up my order. I made the extra step regardless of what was advertised online for no reason. Ordering online vs. the drive thru virtually made no difference but make the customer experience more difficult.

DISGUSTING! DISGUSTING! DISGUSTING! Dirty, old, terrible food. My chicken tasted like it was deep fried 7 times and was hard as a rock when trying to bite into it. Service, SLOOOOW! To top it off, the lady serving us poured our drinks, placed them on the counter walked away. Came back, took our drinks out of site, returned with our drinks. Lucky for me I always remove the lid off the drink, WELL, I found 2, not 1, 2 long black strains of hair floating in the drink. On the surface it appears they were placed there. One hair I could understand, accident but 2. Never, ever have I ever been so disgusted by a fast food chain. Flys flying around the restaurant, floor so slippery from the kitchen fat and grease. Old furniture, place requires a Reno. Staff could care less and that was very clear. I was invited to reach out to the company, which I have and no reply. Health department needs to be called out to this location.

A customer farted out loud and the manager immediately asked her to leave. A cashier quickly sprayed deodorizer into the air but my food tasted funny.
