Horrible experiences. Decided to go through the drive through only about two cars in front of me and took 20 mins. Totally not FAST FOOD. Next time I tried walking in waited more than 10 mins, then the girl taking orders for the drive through sorry be right with you then I waited another 10 mins I just walked out. If I could give a 0 I would. Management needs to step up not sure if they are short hand.

I was hoping to get some breakfast at the Jack n Box here at South King st x Maccully location but store was still closed. This was at 7:45 am. As the sign shows they should’ve been open at 6 am but the door was still tied up with a makeshift lock with the plastic bag. I saw workers inside who saw me inturn but no one came to inform me whether they were opening late. And there wasn’t any sign to say otherwise. This hasn’t been the only time when I’d go for breakfast and they’d still be closed pass 7 am. Maybe they should update the sign if they won’t be following the posted sign on their window.

Poor service, I'm the only person in the restaurant trying to order.waited 3 minutes before someone helped me. Just ignoring me, passing by saying nothing to acknowledge that I'm there.sorry not going back.
Online order, empty store and drive-thru, but it took 3 employees 15 minutes to make two tacos. Sticky floors as well.

Went to the kakamoko location for a late snack and sat for 5 minutes at the order station with mo reply drove around sat at the window where you pay for another 5 minutes with no one there . They advertize open 24/7 but ive been there on 3 different occasions and have had the same results . Save your selves the disapointment and go to different location.

Waited over 20 minutes then the employee practically threw the food into the car at us. Half the food was incorrect and the other half was disgusting. Didn’t get the sauces we ordered either. A total waste of $77 I will never come here again.
