Everytime I call this location, no response. I needed to change something on my order and they don't answer the phone. My order got screwed up twice because I couldn't reach anyone at that location. Poor

This has been going on for months and happening at various locations...I think the main office needs to change the menu! Their carrot juice machine is always under maintenance! Or it was cleaned ''an hour before closing'' so it can no longer be used...! If it's so hard to buy your carrot juice you should cancel this item on menu !

I used to go to this Ala Moana Center's Makai Food Court Jamba Juice occasionally prior to the renovations of a few years ago. Decent pricing and tasty fruit/vegetable smoothies are still expected. Fruit bowls are also good. I went back a few months ago for the first time since the pre-pandemic era and prices and quality are still good. This morning, I picked up their Orange Carrot Karma. Earthy and mildly sweet - it was enjoyable. A couple of weeks ago, the Apple 'n Greens was similar and also quite good. You can customize with immunity boosts, protein, etc.

The açaí bowl is what I come here for. It's a lot but it's good if you want to share as it's very huge! Price is reasonable for the large amount they serve. Lots of staff to assist you.

This location is located on the Ewa Wing of Ala Moana Shopping Center across of the parking garage. I've come to this location several times and have had no issues. The smoothies are made well and taste good as well.The employees always greet you and are prompt with their service. The restaurant is clean andjust for pick up. There is no seating available inside but thr ambiance is nice.I would recommend this location especially if you are in the area. There is ample parking unless the mall is very busy.
