best ramen ever. You wont regret it.
Went with the Hiyashi since it was hot out and it was so refreshing—cold noodles, sesame flavor, really hit the spot. Finished with matcha mochi ice cream and it was the perfect close. The dining space was lovely and the service was genuinely warm.
Made a Resy for Friday night and they had us seated before our drinks even arrived. I got the Tanaka Spicy Miso and the heat was real but balanced—flavor was still there. Server was attentive friendly and actually knew the menu inside out.
