Ringer Hut Japanese Noodle Restaurant is a casual spot known for its hearty and flavorful Japanese dishes, especially the Champon and Nagasaki-style noodles. Located on the first floor of Ala Moana, it offers a comfortable, calm environment that is ideal for those seeking a quiet place to enjoy a meal away from busy food courts. The restaurant is praised for its quick service and fresh food, with portions large enough to feed multiple people. Customers appreciate the variety of dishes, such as the spicy miso ramen, chicken katsu, and niku udon beef style, which are consistently well-seasoned and filling. Many reviews highlight the nostalgic taste of certain dishes, evoking childhood flavors, and the nutritious aspect of Champon, which contains more vegetables. Though the atmosphere is described as somewhat quiet and empty, the focus on good food remains a strong point. Prices are higher than in Japan but still reasonable for the quality and quantity of food offered. While the restaurant does not serve desserts like mochi or traditional Japanese ice cream, it remains a popular choice for those wanting a quick, satisfying Asian meal. Overall, Ringer Hut is appreciated for its delicious, hearty, and well-priced Japanese noodles, making it a recommended spot for both casual dining and quick bites.
