I love their Karaage (Kah-rah-ah-gae, Shoyu, garlic, ginger kind flavored fried chicken like Tatsuta-age in Japan) combo. I’ve eaten other things from the restaurant, but they all taste good and reminds me of Japan. They cook from scratch (not like other plate lunch restaurants use frozen chicken katsu and stuff), so it’s worth getting food from them. I always go to Ringer Hut whenever I need to eat lunch in Ala Moana.

Crazy amount of veggies in their champon. Too much oil and not enough ginger in the ginger pork plate. Gyoza not much to write home about. Still want to go back and try their other stuff tho.

Decided to try Nagasaki Champon for dinner. They have a diverse menu which includes ramen, tempura, Gyoza, katsu and curry. They also have fountain drinks, but only had a few flavors available. The food takes a little time once you order, but it wasn't long before we had it in front of us. The pork katsu was a little tougher than I would have preferred, but it was tasty.
