This is the new location next to Jean's Warehouse and Hawaii's Finest, not the old location in the food court. We thought the food and service were excellent. The new restaurant is very clean and our food came out within about 10 mins from ordering. We just had Ringer Hut in Japan and this was the same great food we were looking for. I hope this place stays!!!

Sadly, this new restaurant does not overwhelm. There is a long wait to be seated, even though there are empty tables. After being seated we finally ordered. Then, over an hour waiting for the first dish, and another 20 minutes for the next dish (both ordered at the same time.) Not sure why it took so long, but it was way too long. They need to work on customer service and making sure people get their food in a timely manner. The food itself isn't bad, but nothing special.

I love their Karaage (Kah-rah-ah-gae, Shoyu, garlic, ginger kind flavored fried chicken like Tatsuta-age in Japan) combo. I’ve eaten other things from the restaurant, but they all taste good and reminds me of Japan. They cook from scratch (not like other plate lunch restaurants use frozen chicken katsu and stuff), so it’s worth getting food from them. I always go to Ringer Hut whenever I need to eat lunch in Ala Moana.

Crazy amount of veggies in their champon. Too much oil and not enough ginger in the ginger pork plate. Gyoza not much to write home about. Still want to go back and try their other stuff tho.

Decided to try Nagasaki Champon for dinner. They have a diverse menu which includes ramen, tempura, Gyoza, katsu and curry. They also have fountain drinks, but only had a few flavors available. The food takes a little time once you order, but it wasn't long before we had it in front of us. The pork katsu was a little tougher than I would have preferred, but it was tasty. The chicken katsu was more tender. Their Shrimp Tempura and Gyoza were both very good; so too was their Katsu Curry. Their selection was very good but it would've been nice if they had more drink selections available. If you like that type of food, you should definitely check it out!

Many people look at the wall menu have no idea even with the photo and video shown how much their food tastes like. Many aware of the international word Ramen but not too many knows Nagasaki Chanpon noodle are. I usually order their crispy noodles with seafood gravy sauce topping. As I mix the noodles and the gravy sauce the crispy noodles becomes softer with each toss and turn. I sprinkle white vinegar and mustard on my noodles. The vinegar enhances the flavor but don't put too much otherwise end up eating sour gravy sauce. I've lived in Tokyo when eating Chinese fried noodle some people dazzles white vinegar. It does enhances the flavor, a tiny bit of sweetness and a bit of energy. The vinegar sprinkle ~ optional for those who don't like vinegar or lemon. I normally ordered their Nagasaki seafood Chanpon with gyoza large potion.

First time I ate their Champon, I don't recall if it was good. Therefore I came here Dec'2021 and I tried it again. It was as good as リンガーハット(Rinher Hut) in Japan. I used to eatChampon at same shop in San Jose, but they closed it long time ago so I am glad I can eat Champon here at Honolulu. We only ate Champon so we cannot tell how good other dishes are. But I liked their Champon. If you are not sure what Champon is, just think of Tonkotsu Seafood Ramen with thicker softer egg noodle. The creamy soup is milder than typical tonkotsu ramen soup.

First time here cause I saw they have a vegetable ramen so I ordered it. When I got my ramen, it has bits and pieces of pork as topping. I was disappointed. If you're calling a ramen a vegetable ramen, leave it as is. Or just change the name to pork with vegetable ramen. I think it's misleading but I do believe that is not the intent. May not return here again..

Nagasaki champon dish is my go to here! I have had it multiple times and its always very consistent! If you like seafood and noodles, I highly recommend. It reminds me of the korean seafood jeongpong without the spicy.

I got a bit too excited when I saw they had Nagasaki champon, which was only just okayish. The oyakodon was nice though!

Tried the Tempura Udon. It was ok, nothing special although the 2 shrimp were light as not greasy. Service again was ok, reasonably fast, sort of friendly.
