“Ramen noodles and broth are so legit and delicious. Located inside of mitsuwa, it’s convenient and comfortable. I ordered the Shoyu Ramen and the Tantan Ramen. The broth of the shoyu ramen is so clean, flavorful, and light. Charsui was thinly sliced which I enjoy with lots of seasoned bamboo and bean sprouts. My two kids shared it. Noodles are perfect consistency. Tantan ramen is rich, creamy, and flavorful. I enjoyed every bite. Will return again before we end our vacation!“

“The food is delicious 😋 and the service great. It was a Saturday night so b it was packed with a graduation celebration 🎓 about to arrive. However, when you put your name on the wait list your whole party must be there or they'll skip you. Parking is minimal but definitely worthwhile.“

“Really enjoyed our meal at Wagaya! Everything we ordered was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. It’s a great place to come with friends or family because there are plenty of dishes that are easy and fun to share.
One of my favorites was the potato mochi. It had a nice chewy and soft texture with a good amount of sweet soy flavor. The sauce was flavorful without being overwhelming, and the nori wrapped around each piece added a nice savory touch. It was simple but really satisfying and definitely something I would order again.
The corn was another highlight and was especially fun to eat. The kernels were fried together into crispy pieces, so you get a nice combination of crunchiness on the outside and sweetness from the corn. It’s a unique snack-style dish that works really well for sharing.
Overall, everything we tried was good, the prices were reasonable, and the meal was very enjoyable. Wagaya is a solid choice for tasty Japanese food at a good price, and I would happily come back to try more of their original dishes.“

“Here’s a polished version of your review:
We went for dinner on a Thursday night and were seated right away. All of our food came out promptly. We ordered the Tonkotsu Original, Spicy Miso, Black Ramen, and a side of gyoza. The soups were rich and flavorful, and the noodles were cooked to the perfect level of firmness. Overall, we enjoyed the food, but the service could be improved. Toward the end of our meal, we felt a little rushed to leave.“

“The ramen soup is very good. We order two regular size shoyo and miso ramen. The flavor and the belly roasted pork are very good, but it was a little saltier than my taste can handle. The noodles was also done perfectly so no complaints in there.“

“I've been here for 10 years, I always come for a bowl of ramen, they have the very good seafood ramen, and my family like their chicken, spring rolls! I never try the curry because for me, the ramen is enough! It's the small tables along the wall and the kitchen are so hot, no air, no wonder I sweat like hell whenever they seat me there, but if it is not 2 or more people, of course I understand, I cant ask you for a bigger dinner table, right? It's just, please think about the hot air inside, maybe consider a fan? Thank you!“

“A solid ramenya inside the Lanai at the mall. This spot offers a variety of ramen options. Prices are a bit on the higher side but the bowls come in larger portions. I went with the half size spicy tan tan ramen with char siu which was perfect since I wasn’t too hungry. Otherwise the regular size would have been the way to go. The char siu pork was tender with a light chew while the noodles were al dente though thinner than I would have preferred. The real star was the broth which was flavorful, balanced, not overly salty or spicy, and tied the whole dish together beautifully. Seating is limited at the counter but you can always use the Lanai food court area if you prefer.“

“I was surprised that this business is only a few years old, it has so much character! I think the menu is awesome. I tried their lunch special today, chicken katsu and karaage. I love their karaage, reminds me of my mom's delicious cooking. The friendly staff provided me with a small katsu sauce bottle to use. I needed some food for later, so I ordered Hokkaido curry to go 😁 They do ramen and many noodle dishes as well. The space is bright, families or solo diners can feel comfortable. Try them out - they are open every day!“

“Inside of the Asian STIX food court I really like this ramen place. My husband and I have gone several times and each time we try something different and it is always sooo good. The staff are really friendly. The wait isn't long at all. We have gone for both lunch and dinner service. I definitely recommend this place.“

“The food was absolutely incredible. My friend and I are huge foodies and love trying new spots around town. We obviously ordered most of the menu haha and everything was delicious! A highlight for me was the oxtail dumplings, a must have if you visit the restaurant. I forget the name but the banana infused liquor cocktail was one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had!
Overall I think the price of the meal (considering the quality of food/ preparation) was expensive but fair. If you like good food and a calm environment this place is amazing. If your a cheapskate I wouldn’t recommend. Would 100% come back again.
Thank you lucky belly for a full and happy belly:)“

“This place is super busy but the line moves fairly fast. I'd say worth a 15 min wait.
I'm not a big fan of Taiwanese beef noodle soup and even the best versions of it I've had in Taiwan weren't topping my scale. This version is good, the broth is hearty (just too thin for me), the beef itself is tender and full of flavor. The noodles were traditional: wavy and chewy.
Pot stickers and Shanghai dumplings were great too, I likes those better to be frank. Don't forget the sour sauce, it adds a whole dimension of taste.“

“I had the chicken curry, and it was great! The food came out quickly and was a generous portion for the price. This place is very affordable, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and made the experience even better. Highly recommend!“

“It was so delicious and the waiter was so nice. Very cozy little spot. There was a mentally ill person that was being loud and well, saying I was nasty, but they took care of it very quickly. I wouldn't list that detour you and I 'm sure that doesn't happen often there and I would definitely go again! The #2 popular soup base I would definitely recommend!“

“Went to Sun Noodle today(Saturday) because my daughter wanted a ramen bar for her Birthday tomorrow. The nice lady upstairs in the office helped me pick out a specific type of noodle from their product catalog after I described what type of noodles my daughter likes and she also explained to me how the numbers of the noodles correspond to the thickness. I got 15 orders ( 3, 5 packs) of freshly made noodles, tonkotsu and tan tan broth to go with it. Ordering was super easy, you go back downstairs to the outside, walk to the right, press the buzzer on the right hand side of the adjoining warehouse, another girl came out with my order, processed my credit card payment and off I went. Fast, simple and very economical. This was my first time going there although we eat ramen everywhere Sun Noodle distributes their noodles. Love their products, will surely go there again to stock up on my daughter's favorite food, Ramen!!!“

“Open air food court. I went early and it was not noisy yet. Ordered the the Special Miso Ramen. Wow. What got me was the amount of Charsiu included. Had 6 good size pieces, soft and tasted great. Was not chewy at but all. Miso broth was a little thin, but when I mixed in the butter wow the broth came alive and thickened up to my liking . Nice picrc of Bamboo Shoots and not the thin slices you get elsewhere. Corn, geen onions and bean sprouts piled in rounded out everything. I enjoyed the bowl of Ramen immensely also because I'm a big fan of Charsiu which made they had more then many other Ramen shops I've been to. I'm going back soon
Parking: I was in the Handicapped space and there was no charge on the ground level“

“It is hard to get a good meal in the mall's food court, but I must say that the Champon here is very good and a healthier option that fills you up and is tasty as well. I got the Fujiyama Champon which is their largest portioned Champon. It is loaded and you need to be hungry for it. I must admit that I had big eyes when I ordered it and couldn't finish it. What I like most about order Champon is that it is made fresh, packed with lots of veggies, not oily or heavy, and tastes great. Much rather have this then Ramen which is just noodles, an oily and salty broth, and a some meat. Being that this is in the mall food court, it isn't exactly going to be the type of place that has a bend of backwards type of service, but they are friendly for the most part and get your order right.“

“Good if you want ramen and something quick. I came here on my break and ordered a sukiyaki ramen with a side order of kakiage tempura. Food came out in about 3-4 min. Ramen is standard, nothing too special about it. I was disappointed in the kakiage tempura because it was soggy right after I received it.“

“Order from here all the time. The goyza soup is Amazing. And the crispy noodle dishes is soooo good. Got the shrimp crispy noodles and it's a 10 out of 10. But the best thing there is the lemon tea. It's unique flavor is delicious and I would drink that all day every day. Thankyou for making such wonderful flavors that make my day.“

“I only write reviews if a place is excellent. This is THE BEST ramen i’ve ever had in my life. Service was quick and amazing. The portions are very generous. It’s about $20-$30 per person. The only thing id be cautious of is it is a bit of a hole in the wall with only 20~ seats. So I would only go with a couple other people because it can be hard to get seated all together. Besides that I can only say good things about this restaurant. I left a 50% tip because it was THAT GOOD!!!!“
