Based on the reviews, EZOGIKU RAMEN Waikiki Japanese Noodles is a little hole-in-the-wall spot and hidden gem tucked in a very inconspicuous alley. The food is seriously delicious, fresh, and satisfying. The ramen broth is flavorful, and the noodles are perfectly chewy. The weekend special chicken karaage bowl with rice and salad is perfectly crispy, juicy, and well seasoned. There is also an amazing bowl of vegan ramen that is creamy and flavorful. The cold noodles are refreshing, with perfectly al dente noodles and julienned vegetables. The gyoza are fried to a perfect light crisp, and the fried rice has just enough salty flavour. The owner is very nice and helpful. The portion size is not overly massive, and the price is very affordable.
