Parking: Don Quijote parking lotIt looks shabby from the outside, but the inside of the restaurant is narrow but clean and has a high ceiling, giving it an open feel.I didn't expect much, but out of all the Japanese ramen I tried in Hawaii, it was the closest to basic and delicious to my taste.I recommend it because it’s not expensive, the portion size is reasonable, and it’s delicious!
I would say this is my fave ramen spot! I love the presentation and their ramen. Why? It has bamboo shoots, the right amount of al dente to their noodles and their broth is amazing. Got their Miso ramen and the hubby got Shoyu tsukemen and we shared an order of the gyoza. Everything was delish! Go right when they open so it won't be busy.

Food is delicious and does not disappoint at all.Consistency is on point as always. Service is so good and very friendly workers and has great customer service. The place is small, not that small but very clean. Until next time, Santouka Ramen, when I'm craving my spicy Ramen and gyoza.
