The mizuna salad was the most innovative and refreshing. The skewers were nicely cooked and seasoned. The sashimi set was overpriced for the small pieces offered. The rice quality was bad. While the food overall was tasty it was poor value for money. (Compared to California and Japan)
Located in a plaza with gated parking lot, and you have to drive in the parking lot to find the restaurant. The yakitori skewers taste good, and fairly priced. However they promoted specialty sushi pieces and sashimi pieces with fish from Japan, those are very expensive.
Japanese Restaurant Aki is truly amazing! The food is authentic and flavorful, and the sushi is very fresh. The atmosphere is cozy and perfect for a relaxed meal. The staff are also kind and courteous, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for those who want to taste authentic Japanese cuisine!
