Love Jersey Mike's! The food is always good! The only thing that I have a problem with are the workers. On multiple occasions I hear the workers constantly swearing at each other, using the F and N word repeatedly, while customers are inside. I recently went in with their music blasting in their work station over the stores music. The music they were listening to repeatedly said the N word with sounds of guns shooting in the background. Walked in during a lunch rush and was about #6. With 3 team members and a Manager you'd think it would have gone smoother. This was further complicated with mobile orders. Sandwich was completed without requested Mayo. I'll leave at that. Bread was borderline stale and then got smooshed down when wrapped, basically a panini style. Tables and drink station were badly in need of cleanliness. This was my second visit to JMs. Kahala experience was much better for first impression.

Great experience! Perfect stop after a Long Beach day:) The staff were super attentive and very friendly. We got our sandwiches so fast and were thoroughly satisfied with our meals.
