Whoever the boys working the night of 2/21 ... Hammahs. My sandwich felt fresh and generous but just right amount of spreading/veges. Havent had JM in a year, ive forgotten how good a sandwich can be. I was lucky to have whoever it was tonight make my sandwich. He knows what he's doing

If you are the franchise owner you should be at this location more often. I have never seen a slower or less motivated group of employees. You are losing money and customers. 2/15/26 350pm.

How dare this place forgot my families order!! They were cleaning up and look like they was going on break at 1445. My wife ask arude employee, where is my sandwich and the guy was acting like wanted to give a refund because to him taking a break was more important than to make a recovery by making the sandwich. Finally a younger kid(employee) ask my wife what kind of sandwich you've ordered, my wife told him what kind of sandwich it was than he made it! The girl that took the order did not apologize she went on her break. I transported the owner of Jerry's mike when he visited hawaii and told me Jerry's mike is a great place. He is wrong it is not a aloha place to me. We will go to earl's sandwich instead. Jersy's mike is bad news. All visitors and residents must go somewhere else to eat a simple sandwich. Mahalo!!! Your unsatisfied customer!!!

I ordered a sandwich last week and they didn’t put the rosemary bread as I requested. I was just wanting to switch it out but someone working named Jayden offered to make it better by me coming back and they’ll remake it for me. I really appreciate his customer service appreciate him making things right! If he’s not the manager he should be, I will be coming back

The two girls working are unprofessional and have side conversations while ignoring the customers in front of them.

Pretty good sub for the price
$11 for a regular sub that filled me up

Waiting 20-30 minutes for an order in person, and the staff haven’t even begun to create the sandwich is unacceptable. At a certain point you all need better training on time management. Especially when there is only one person standing in line to order. Terrible service all around, no one apologized for the wait just stared at me dumbfounded. Been a long time client, never going back there, nor any of my employees.
