Ordered 35 (around 500$) subs at 10am for our crew’s lunch. Get the first call around 11 from a guy claiming to be the GM delaying our order until 11:30 which is understandable. He then called again at 11:30 and Claimed the pos system was down so he couldn’t make our subs in time which is completely irrelevant and offered a refund …. This is at 1130 and I’m a couple minutes away. I get there 3 minutes later and the pos is magically back up, which shouldn’t have made a difference for an order already payed for at 10am. We were offered free chips and a 15% discount for next time. With the first sub not even started until after I walked through the door an hour and a half later, there won’t be a next time.
The Kahala location is always great. The staff there is wonderful and professional and the reason I return to this specific location once a week!

I've been going to this location for a couple of months and have been happy with their sandwiches. But, tonight I got served a sandwich that was completely unacceptable. I ordered a #7 Turkey and Provolone. Instead of slices of turkey and tomato, I got chunks of turkey and tomato. After payment was collected, I was informed that they had run out of lettuce. I will never go back to this location.

Ordered #44 Buffalo Chicken Cheese Steak, HOWEVER, rec'd a #26 Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese Steak. It was delicious, although I would've preferred to receive my correct order.They weren't busy, but there was a very difficult customer before me. The staff handle her very well, never showing frustration, just completed all of her ridiculous request. Cred's for that. Got there at opening time, 10am, due to difficult customer, I didn't get my order until 1025am. I don't blame the restaurant for this, they were dealing with the difficult customer. The restaurant was nice & clean.
