I ordered a sandwich last week and they didn’t put the rosemary bread as I requested. I was just wanting to switch it out but someone working named Jayden offered to make it better by me coming back and they’ll remake it for me. I really appreciate his customer service appreciate him making things right! If he’s not the manager he should be, I will be coming back

#Grateful happy faces Matthew Mike Levi and Trina Love you guys the food was amazing but the atmosphere was outstanding not been to a place recently where all the employees are happy happy working hard we were here in the middle of lunch rush nobody seems stressed and everything was running smoothly we will definitely be back time and time again mahalo never leave Paradise

This place is a really good sandwich joint if you’re looking for a quick bite to eat. Although it is quite expensive compared to its counterpart subway, it makes that back in the quality of their food and their service. The staff are very professional and polite, and I haven’t had any issues here. Would recommend going atleast once.
