We were visiting from out of town and had the best experience on both of our visits. The girl working there gave us amazing recommendations. On our second visit, she remembered us and asked how it’s been going. 12/10 experience.

Never busy here. I've been in China for 8 years and enjoyed Mike's in California but moved here to Hawaii recently. It's the same delicious quality here. Easy to park with their own garage too

The Sandwiches before 5 are what you would expect from jersey mikes, very solid and delicious. idk what happens after 5 but the bread is stale and burnt. it’s almost like instead of making fresh bread they just take the earlier morning bread that’s gone stale and re-toast it to try and make it passable, it’s not. I’ve worked in food industry a long time and there are some corners you can’t cut… like the a key piece of the ingredient aka the BREAD!!!

GASSSS, from out of town and not much of the island eats but these sandwiches were great. Got it delivered to our hotel and it was perfect after a long day in the sun.

First time trying out this location will not be returning due to horrible service ordered a #17 but forgot to tell worker to not put grilled onions and peppers went back and told her after she already started making it she had a attitude look on her face and said I’ll just make another one upon my sandwich finishing I had told the other worker I just wanted lettuce added on.The worker went back to the previous worker and told her what I wanted she then yelled “ didn’t you say you wanted no veggies and no pepper and onion”across the room and loud in front of paying customers as well as myself and my wife. Instead of escalating issue we took our sandwiches and left store and called back because was super upset and found out the girl that yelled is the manager I told her I don’t know how she thought that was professional to yell across the room in front of paying customer especially if I was respectful she,replied I couldn’t walk away from the grill and let the food burn I told her that is still not the right way to serve customers

The subs here are amazing, but unfortunately, the staff and service left much to be desired. My husband and I had a confusing experience because the staff were very soft spoken and came off as rude. If the staff experience was significantly better, I would definitely give this place 5 stars.
