Jolene’s Marketplace in Chinatown is a favorite among my coworkers and me! We visit at least once a week, craving the buttah burger. Priced just right and bursting with flavor, this burger is perfection. The pickled vegetables and generous cheese are delightful, but the bun truly makes it stand out. The waffle fries are also yummy, especially when they’re not too crunchy.

I've also enjoyed the birria melt with consomme and the pastrami roll. Every dish we've tried is always freshly made and packed with delicious flavors.

The staff at Jolene’s Marketplace are exceptionally friendly and always greet us warmly. They remember us every time we visit, and it’s always a joy to see their pleasant faces. Their welcoming nature adds to the overall great experience.

Update: They no longer have tartar sauce to go with the fish n' chips. So far, Jolene's has the best fish n' chips I've had on O'ahu. The fries and fish came out piping hot, and the Gold Cliff bier is an excellent pairing for lunch!Lots of other items on the menu look amazing too, so I will definitely be coming back for more, but if you're looking for GREAT fish n' chips in Honolulu, look no further! The staff were also super friendly and chatty too, great people! If I have one suggestion, it would be to double the amount of tartar sauce (which is excellent bee tee dubs) you serve. One side of it isn't nearly enough, but I got more (at no charge) when I asked!Mahalo!

Very good. My favorite things so far are the cookie butter milk and the boba toast.

Delicious food, prompt service. Parking can be iffy as this is a popular restaurant and the stalls out front are limited. We parked very close though and chose to street park. My only complaints would be that the forks are very very delicate and we actually went through 3 forks on our table. I think this is a health and safety issue as the tines of the plastic fork could possibly break off unknowingly into someone's food and present a potential choking hazard, especially for children or the elderly . I think this needs to be addressed ASAP.

Parking: Free but limited spots in front, many paid street parking options in the area, free on Sundays I believe.

Since Jolene's Market is touted as "Home of Hawaii's Famous Buttah Lobster Roll" that's what I had. I was semi-disappointed that that it wasn't lump lobster pieces, but was finely shredded. The slaw under it did make it much better, and the corn chowder was good though somewhat bland. As fast food goes it was all good, with the standout being the crispy waffle fries.

Everything ordered was amazing. Birria wantons and birria melt the best I've ever had. To me the best thing ordered was the fried chicken cheese melt. Don't skip this place.

Jolene's Market supposibally known for lobster rolls. We ordered 3 along with another item cost 100.00 lobster roll was a sham! Hardly any lobster, more like smashed or canned sliver of something like fish cake texture which was smelly, unsatisfying & unpalatable. Will never go back! The worst seafood we ever had & my family unhappy ?

I have been wanting to try this place for a while. There is parking in front but limited. We decided to park in the garage, which wasn't pricey. We went between 1 to 2, and it wasn't busy. We ordered the grilled cheese sandwich for the kids and waffle fries. Also ordered the Papa Smokes Burger, a Buttah Big Boi Burger, thai milk tea, and brown sugar ube milk.I wasn't too impressed with the drinks. Was a bit water down. But we did like the food. The waffle fries were crunchy and had nice seasoning to it. The grilled cheese was glooey and the kids loved that. The japanese milk bread used with the grilled cheese was good. My kids ate it, so I was happy, lol. I enjoyed the papa smokes burger. The bun was soft and the brisket and burger patties were cooked great. My bf really enjoyed the big boi burger. It is a big burger with three patties and he really enjoyed it. Overall, we enjoyed the food and would go back again. Sorry, pictures/videos aren't good. lol we were hungry.
