Since Jolene's Market is touted as "Home of Hawaii's Famous Buttah Lobster Roll" that's what I had. I was semi-disappointed that that it wasn't lump lobster pieces, but was finely shredded. The slaw under it did make it much better, and the corn chowder was good though somewhat bland. As fast food goes it was all good, with the standout being the crispy waffle fries.

Everything ordered was amazing. Birria wantons and birria melt the best I've ever had. To me the best thing ordered was the fried chicken cheese melt. Don't skip this place.

Jolene's Market supposibally known for lobster rolls. We ordered 3 along with another item cost 100.00 lobster roll was a sham! Hardly any lobster, more like smashed or canned sliver of something like fish cake texture which was smelly, unsatisfying & unpalatable. Will never go back! The worst seafood we ever had & my family unhappy ?

I have been wanting to try this place for a while. There is parking in front but limited. We decided to park in the garage, which wasn't pricey. We went between 1 to 2, and it wasn't busy. We ordered the grilled cheese sandwich for the kids and waffle fries. Also ordered the Papa Smokes Burger, a Buttah Big Boi Burger, thai milk tea, and brown sugar ube milk.I wasn't too impressed with the drinks. Was a bit water down. But we did like the food. The waffle fries were crunchy and had nice seasoning to it. The grilled cheese was glooey and the kids loved that. The japanese milk bread used with the grilled cheese was good. My kids ate it, so I was happy, lol. I enjoyed the papa smokes burger. The bun was soft and the brisket and burger patties were cooked great. My bf really enjoyed the big boi burger. It is a big burger with three patties and he really enjoyed it. Overall, we enjoyed the food and would go back again. Sorry, pictures/videos aren't good. lol we were hungry.

I've been coming here for a long time now and still haven't tried everything on their menu but one day, I will. On Tuesdays they serve birria tacos and it's ono delish!!! The consomé that comes with the birria tacos is just bomb. That's pretty much all that I order now when I come here. Yes, it's THAT good. The lobster melt is just as good too. Oh! Did I mention their Li hing sour watermelon gummies? Yummy! If you haven't been here yet, I recommend giving them a try.As for their location, they are located in the Chinatown Cultural Plaza in the Downtown Chinatown area. They're pretty much in the heart of Chinatown @ 100 North Beretania st.Their hours are from 10am - 7:45pm Tuesday thru Sunday and from 10am - 4:45pm on Mondays

Found Jolene's on yelp, saw the great reviews and the delicious menu.We were browsing Chinatown and decided to have early lunch. We got there a little after they opened. We ordered a few items to try and share, and let me tell you, it was so good we came back the same week.Everyone is friendly and food was made to order. It came out hot and it was mouth watering. I had the Birria tacos, it was so good, even the birria consume was so good. I had it like soup. The lobster roll was nice and chunky and flavorful. Definitely will come back when I visit Hawaii. Totally recommended to our friends who are local.

Trolly driver advised they had a good lobster roll; so we decided to give it a try. Glad we chanced it. The lobster roll was delicious! Everything is sold à la cart, so be prepared to purchase sides and a drink separately. Nice eatery in China Town…

Usually go on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon as one of the few places that have a happy hour on the weekend. Good deals. Typically get grilled cheese melt which is bursting with flavor as are the separate fries. It is always filling. Can also get pitcher of kirin for $10. Workers are friendly and bring food to your table via number system. Plenty of cold water available. Both high too and low top tables available. Beingna light jacket if you get cold and plan to be there for a while as they do have very cold and well functioning AC. Restroom is located outside and accessed via key from staff. Not the healthiest food, but very tasty and filling comfort food.

The food is really stellar, they have so much to choose from!! I had the Pastrami Roll, and the veggies and pastrami are cradled inside a house made roll!! Yum!

Best food ever! We ate here last night and it was so AMAZING! My group ordered the lobster roll, moco loco, burger, pork melt, fries, waffle fries, slaw, and corn chowder. I wouldn't recommend the corn chowder but everything we all agreed that everything else was some of the best food we've ever eaten! The pork melt was crispy on the outside, cheesy, and the pork was so savory! The flavors on the lobster roll complemented each other perfectly. The drinks we ordered, except for the water, were delicious and came in the cutest reusable cups you can take home with you. You really need to try the strawberry lemonade! This is my new favorite restaurant and I can't wait to go back!
