In this second-generation family owned restaurant, the owner is the chef himself. This is a sign the food is very well made. We enjoyed the Taiwanese food very much!

Season's Ice & Eatery 秀蘭小館 is a second-generation family-owned Taiwanese restaurant with a cozy, hip atmosphere. The owner, who is also the chef, prepares delicious, flavorful dishes like beef noodles, fried chicken, and dumplings. The staff is friendly and engaging, creating a welcoming environment for locals. The restaurant has recently moved to a brighter, cleaner, and bigger space, which has improved the overall experience. The son, now the chef, uses recipes passed down from his parents, adding more spice and heat to the dishes, making them authentic and satisfying. Popular dishes include their dumplings in spicy sauce, which come in generous portions, and Taiwanese popcorn chicken with fried basil, both highly recommended. The spicy cucumber salad offers a refreshing side, perfect to pair with the main courses. Customers also enjoy fast, friendly service and the cleanliness of the restaurant, making it a favorite spot for those seeking authentic Taiwanese cuisine. While the place may appear a bit dingy at first glance, its authentic charm and delicious food make it a hidden gem in Chinatown.
