Amazing ramen. We had the Beefy Wild and the Seabura ramen and both were loaded with flavor, way better than any of the ramen shops I've been to before. The fresh kimchi and ginger tofu were great as well. Our server Jerry was awesome and recommended the dishes.

Food was almost perfect. Broth was delicious and noodles cooked perfectly. On the down side, my egg was overcooked(hard) and completely cold. The ramen are on the smaller side too, which was kinda disappointing for a $17 dollar bowl of soup, but ok I guess. The real problem was the service. Our server interacted with us like he did not give a damn. Zero aloha spirit but plenty of femboy attitude/energy. I’ll be honest, I left a $1 dollar tip; the change from paying in cash....

I chose the Beefy flavor and gyoza. The slightly oily, orange/tan-colored broth is beef-based as opposed to the traditional pork or chicken ones found in every other shop. The flavor had a light beef taste with a little creaminess, a little sweetness, with a gritty and garlicky taste when I got to the bottom of the bowl.
