It is absolutely disturbing how the bottom floor outside Barnes & Noble smells like human waste. There is fecal matter in the stairwells by Target. They maintain the 2nd level with regular washings; but the 1st level is not sanitary or fit for humans to walk thru. I am not exaggerating. The smell and dried urine stains covering the concrete walkway was so unbearable that I had to pick up my 7 year old to get into the bookstore because I didn’t want him to step on something....read full review
