Order lunch through Uber Eats and they had the Chizazz combo to order. Per Uber delivery person they didn't have cheese to make the chizazz. So it was substituted with a chicken sandwich. Very disappointed. Next don't advertise on Uber Eats if it's not sold in Hawaii.I ordered the cole slaw but it wasn't with my order. Very very every disappointed with KFC. That's why Popeyes is better. Get better KFC.

I haven’t even left the restaurant yet but had to start writing this review because the cashier was so rude to a Korean couple that I just couldn’t believe it was happening in Hawaii, where we have so many Asians. The couple came in to pick up their order, gave the name, and the cashier kept loudly stating “ENGLISH NAME” as if they are supposed to be giving some other name for their order?This happened a few times before the man saw that their order was ready and used his limited English to tell the cashier that their order was packaged and ready. She sarcastically added “is it correct? Ok. Thank youuuuuu” and the couple left. I think the behavior of the staff is disgusting as they were speaking loudly in their own language and screaming in between communicating orders and it seemed more like a middle school cafeteria. Really wanted KFC since I hadn’t had it in a while but regretting the decision before I’ve even tried the food.

So let me tell you this! I just quit Kfc this location in particular. The general manager name is Rose. She hires all family members and they’re all Micronesian. I felt very left out and very uncomfortable. She kept hiring their cousins sister’s brothers and going against policy! I really hope that the HR looking into all this and really do something about it. The only one that wasn’t brothers and sisters or cousins was me and another shift leader, which was she was a Filipino lady. Other than that they quit making chicken at 7 PM every night and they’re open till 10pm I deny customers due to the fact they don’t have chicken They should have their product until they close at 10 PM not stop cooking three hours before the restaurant closes! Very unprofessional I don’t recommend this place. Oh I almost forgot to say All the staff member steal Food and eat every day! Absolutely disgusting!

Haven't eaten KFC for years. Original chicken is still very tasty and tender, but sizes of drumstick and thigh seem like that of a pigeon since it was so small. Wasn't quite worth the cost spent. If it was regular size, I would have enjoyed it.

Just picked up food from this kfc and they have termites flying all over the restaurant!!! Surrounding the lights. This is my first time experiencing such a thing in any restaurant!!! I feel so sorry for the employees that are working in this condition … I should report them to the health department!! I will report

Visited this location at 9pm, after placing an order, I was told it would take 15 to 20mins because no chicken was made, I reluctantly agreed to the wait, I was then told the staff wasn't going to make any more, I then asked out of curiosity, what do you have available, I was told only the spicy wings, I commented about the hours of business and why are you open with nothing to serve, the cashier stood there obviously embarrassed, yet no manager or workers (cooks) would show there faces, if I were the boss or franchise owner I would terminate every one of the spot, I do recommend this location to anyone, I repeat DON'T patronize this location
