Unbelievable. Popeyes is pretty good here but kfc is god awful. I cannot believe how bad it is. The order is always wrong. The tenders were anemic cold and dry as dirt. I never leave bad review but this kfc is bottom of the barrel and discusting.

2nd time I went here. Both times I ordered ahead via mobile app….both times had to wait 10+ minutes (but I understand short staffed) Then we bought the 16 pieces bucket chicken: Dry, more bones then meat, it’s all the trashy parts, it’s wasn’t thighs and drum sticks!!!! It was wings and breast!!!
And poor thing the workers were baking in there. AC wasn’t working

If KFC were not my favorite fast food chicken, I would never go to this place. It's almost like a walk in drive thru. They want you out as fast as they can. If you have any sort of question, good luck!
This was my second online order in two weeks and both orders were screwed up. Please double check your customers orders before moving on to the next one. It’s not our duty as customers to check and make sure they’re correct before leaving the restaurant.

I've had a few bad experiences at this location before. But it's not like there's a lot of kfcs in the area anymore, so it's either deal with bad service or drive further to other locations.
Recently, ive gone to this location, and the rude worker wasn't there lol (yay!). Yes, they were understaffed, but they were still very friendly and they were trying their best. The food was better quality, my order was accurate, and the workers were friendly.

It smells like something died in there. Like a rodent or still rotten water. The outside air doesn’t smell like it so it has to be coming from inside the kitchen. Genuinely an unpleasant and unappetizing smell. Kitchen staff was distracted when customers walked in

Still 40 minutes till closing "We only have chicken tenders" Why stay open if you are going to only serve one thing on your menu for the last hour of your business hours. The situation would be understandable if we showed up 10-15 minutes before they closed. 40 minutes left and you are too lazy to cook anything? Nice?
$10 Tuesdays for an 8 piece chicken bucket in the KFC app. Chicken is tasty and tender, as usual. I like this location better than the one on McCully.
The uunty behind the counter gave me the third degree when I told her I was there to pick up a mobile order and gave her my name. Even asked me to show her my app on the phone to confirm. I was initially taken aback by this, but then thought about it and how this KFC is in a not so friendly neighborhood... I then appreciated it. Lol!

I pulled into an empty parking lot at 7 pm on a Saturday evening after finishing a job in town. I wanted to bring some fried chicken home to my family and I was on my way home to the North Shore. Was able to hit this location before getting on the highway.
I walked in well dressed and a smile on my face. No employees were in the front and the restaurant was completely empty. I walked up to counter when I finally heard some shuffling feet to the front. I looked at the small Asian lady and said hello. She didn't acknowledge my presence. No eye contact no response. So I said HI! She turns around towards me but is looking down at the cash register and says absolutely nothing to me. I cannot stand people who are so rude and no ALOHA. I said HI to you twice you didn't even look at my face and acknowledge me. I immediately snapped. I raised my voice and said what is wrong with you that you cannot even say HI to me. She finally looks at my face and says oh I said HI what do you want. I turned around and walked out the door. Went to another KFC in Waikele and received super friendly service!
