Came back to give this place another try and was greeted by a very friendly lady. I ordered a banh mi and Vietnamese coffee. The coffee was strong, bold flavor with a hint of chocolatey sweetness. Woke me up and hit the spot. I ordered the traditional Banh Mi. It is a Vietnamese sandwich made with a Crusty French bread rolls smeared with pate, mayo, Asian ham, pickled vegetables, green onion, coriander/cilantro, fresh chillies and drizzle of seasoning. It came warm, crispy with a great crunch and satisfied my craving. Will be back to try more items on the menu and thank you for the good service.

Heard from a coworker there's a new shop nearby and made a quick stop during lunch. We got the king's milk tea and sugarcane juice. I love fresh juice, especially sugarcane. I just got plain sugarcane and it was good!!!! The milk tea had boba pearls and bits of lychee. It was different and I would probably order it plain next time. I love lychee and i love milk tea, i just like it separated but that's just my preference. My hubby enjoyed it the way it is. I see they have banh mi, summer rolls, spring rolls and waffles. Will need to come back again to try these and other juices.

Bruh I don't even know why this has more than 2 stars. It is so over rated. If you go here take a look at the pics and than look in the real place. Here is some reasons why this is way over rated, 1st the giant boba that they advertised was actually just coffee jelly that was not even big/round. 2nd there coffee drink is 50% coffee and 200% ice . 3rd my passion fruit green tea is as sour as a lemon. And 4th the service is slow. Anyways if you really want good boba go somewhere else.

Pay cash if you can. There's a 3% surcharge for using card. I love the smoothies here. They're super fresh and super refreshing. Their boba is really good and I think homemade. Parking, if you're lucky, can be found right outside. But if not I tend to park around the corner on young. It's not far of a walk. Overall it's a really nice and welcoming establishment. I go whenever I can, definitely one of my new favorites.

Vietnamese boba shop serving authentic Vietnamese coffee, milk teas, and food. I got the sugar cane with kumquat, and although it was on the pricier side compared to shops in Chinatown, it was really refreshing, strong sugar cane (not watery or diluted) and perfect balance of citrus and sweet sugar cane. My bf got the coconut coffee and that was the star of the show. It's a coconut smoothie with Vietnamese coffee (like the bitter coffee you'll usually mix with condensed milk), so it creates this creamy coffee drink.

Upon returning from our treachous hike, I was craving for some sweet drinks, boba perhaps. We stumbled upon this little tea shop on our way back to the hotel. This cute little shop was decked out for upcoming Vietnamese new year and loud viet music was playing. My husband ordered their most popular drink, King's milk tea with full toppings. At other boba places you will be asked for levels of sweetness/sugar. Here we didn't have to. The sweetness was just right and the tea flavor was intense enough but not too powering. I initially ordered sugarcane drink as it is my favorite drink. I didn't have a chance to even drink it because something else caught my eye, soursop shake, another fave of mine. There it went, I ordered it. One thing that impressed me was the responsiveness and uber nice lady, who went out of her way to ensure customer's satisfaction. She even offered to redo my shake because it was a little too sweet for me. The best service one can ask for. As for the sour sop shake, I loved the fresh soursop flavor which I cannot get the same taste back in cali. Ambiance: 4.5/5 Service: 10/5 Food: 5/5 Give this shop a try and you will not disappoint.

Wanted to try this new boba shop because of the giant boba - this description is misleading, the 'balls' are giant, but they are actually coffee jelly, which doesn't really go with any of the fruity drinks. We ordered lychee fruit tea with regular boba (good), mango slushy with boba (very good) and brown sugar milk tea (ok) not very sweet so the flavor of the tea was strong. No dairy free options or sweetness/ice level adjustments. Bring cash. They accept card payments, but there is a service fee that the cashier alerted us to, and it was appreciated. Street parking only.

This was our first visit here and we loved our drinks. Very tasty and the bobba was yummy. The service was awesome and the workers were so nice and friendly. The ambiance was cheerful and bright and the music enjoyable. We lucked out on street parking on a Friday night. We will definitely return.

There is nothing better than getting boba at King's Tea. I love the giant boba. The location is easy to get to and free parking if you can find it. Inside is very cute and intimate. The service is second to none. I always love stopping in and trying new drinks or getting the same thing over and over again.

My husband and I were in the area on a Friday night and bummed to find out they were closed. We came back when they were open and were stoked that they had the buy 2 get 1 free promo going on.I wanted to know what the Happy Milk Tea was, but the guy at the register didn't seem to understand English. So the lady (who knew a little English) tried to help, but still could not explain it...I'm glad she tried, but other customers might ask the same questions too...So I got the avocado shake with boba, which was made from fresh avocado and it tasted like there was coffee or just brown sugar blended in. I was not expecting that. It wasn't too bad, but the shake was just a lot to drink. My husband got the King's Milk Tea with boba. Pretty strong tea taste. It was okay. And for our 3rd drink, we got the passion fruit sugarcane. It was sweet, tasted like a guava Hawaiian Sun drink.Cute little boba shop! Only street parking.

One of my favorite boba tea spot in town! There's a buy 2 free 1 promotion until Dec 2, 2023! The aesthetic of the store makes me feel like I'm in Asia, the boba is homemade and the texture was perfect. The owner is super friendly and kind - I came about 8 mins from closing time prepared to be turned away but they still welcomed me, took my order without complaint. I liked the feeling of helping local businesses instead of a chain restaurant, because you can feel the passion of the people in every detail of the store. I like that it's not crowded and has plenty of seating. Love love love this place, will definitely come again!Parking: Limited street parking especially during the day.
