My wife and I visit Koa Pancake in Hawaii Kai several times a week. The food is always delicious and the service is exceptional. We really enjoy the manager Kadence and the employees Sefo, Aunty and the rest of the team!! Everyone always makes you feel at home.

Food was very poor quality. The syrup was very watered down and waffles served plain with little flavor. The omelette was decent. If you’re a foodie, look elsewhere, you’d be disappointed.

Old food for breakfast is very disappointing. Home fries were obviously a day old and just warmed up, the omelet ingredients were undercooked. So raw tomato and bell peppers. All of this for a price of a full on diner. Don’t come again.

Please go to 12th Ave location instead, and leave this place to me! So much more laid back. Way more FREE parking. Ono grindz and even bettah service.

Nice and quick place to eat. Staff were amazing. Food was amazing. My only issue was the pancake wasn't probably cooked enough. It was too hard to cut and they only provide cheap plastic forks. But the other food was amazing.

Pancakes, whipped cream, and fruit are of poor quality. Shameful for a "pancake house". The omlet and breakfast meats were good.

Very mediocre. The bacon and Portuguese sausage are good, but the sausage links are pathetic. My poached eggs were cold and they used a mold to make them and they had a tiny bit of undercooked white in them. My potatoes were lukewarm as well and a very small portion.

I thought the coffee was good, but it's also self-serve and we even needed to remind the server that we ordered coffee.

Overall very underwhelming and mediocre. Nothing to write home about, but it wasn't entirely terrible either.
