Always a great experience eating at Sushiman! The food is bomb, not to mention the sweet new owner!! She was so welcoming and patient with me and my friends since they didn't know the menu too well! Can't wait to go back!!!! :)
Sushi Man Hawaii Kai has truly stepped up its game since the new ownership! Everything feels cleaner, the food is fresher than ever, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Their famous Crunch Don was an absolute delight. The combination of the crispy vegetable tempura, spicy ahi on top, sprinkled with green onion was simply amazing. The staff was so nice and sweet. Not upper class sushi but fair for location and size. $13-$19 for 8 rolls. Also has soft drinks and drinks from Vietnam that I haven’t seen before. Friendliest staff I’ve met.
