MILITARY ONLY!!!!! We paid $57 to get an Uber to this place and didn't even get to eat there. They rejected us mean and roughly. We even called first and asked if the public or anyone can eat there and they said yes.

Complete trash. Nothing tastes good. They should have just closed down after they closed the dinner buffet. I wouldn't even feed this food to the homeless

Extremely dissapointed that the staff sat other people at our table while we were getting food and then just argued with us instead of helping figure out the problem. All Bonnie would say is that there wasn't silverware set on the table. No offer to figure it out or seat is elsewhere which is ehat

Breakfast Buffet located at the Hale Koa Hotel. Affordable, for military and retired guests and hotel guests, less than $30 with ocean views and your common breakfast buffet. We came at the perfect time on a Friday morning before 8am and before the rush arrived. We got a nice outdoor table with the views of the ocean and outside, there are nets so birds can get in. You can order drinks and smoothies for a charge. There is an omelette station and I think you can request special plates, but overall it’s a traditional continental breakfast buffet with salmon eggs benedict, French toast, and some Hawaiian dishes too. Located at the Kalia side of the towers on the side where check in is. The parking garage is across the street from the hotel. You can also charge to your room or pay there, I think my parents got a senior citizen discount. Convenient if you’re staying at this hotel.

Food was great lot of great options. Seafood was relatively good for the price not many places you can get all you can eat crap. Great food for the price. Service was great always making sure we had refills and was taking the plates. Over all great experience glad we came here.

Koko at Kalia is a fantastic dining option, but keep in mind that you do have to be a resort guest or have a military ID to eat there. If you have access, it is absolutely worth the visit.
They have a great selection of food, and I love that there are slight differences in the menu depending on what day you go. It keeps the variety fresh if you are staying for a few days. The quality is consistently high and everything we tried was delicious.
My biggest tip for anyone visiting is to always ask to sit outside. The atmosphere is much better and it really completes the dining experience. Between the food quality and the beautiful setting, it is an easy five stars.

I’ve been here many times (last time 10 years ago), and it is nice to see that the food and service are just as good (maybe better) as I remember. ROZS was our server, fun and attentive…Thanks for a great breakfast our last morning! We will be back.

Gray place for military current and past to get together. The buffet isn't too of the line but there is no other place in Waikiki to get a buffet for this price.

Three staff is what makes three places though. Quick and courteous seating and wait staff who are friendly and efficient. Management- Timothy F is a rockstar. Give this guy a raise!

Best buffet! Exclusive for military members or those staying at Hale Koa, so the atmosphere is courteous. The staff is also kind and courteous.

The food is excellent with all the choices you'd expect including a custom egg station and fresh fruit bar.

The view of the ocean on the second floor balcony is wonderful background to brunch.

If you're eligible to eat here, you should.
