This place deserves 5 stars. They've probably gotten over $100 from me from the past week. l've been coming in here everyday for breakfast and the highlight is the pork kakuni & egg. Think of a braised taiwanese braised pork and a marinated egg ontop. They even stuff the masubi center with more meat! The pork melts in your mouth and you cant just eat one. I order 3 a day!! Service was amazing and always greets upon entry. Ambiance is welcoming a small area where there are trays of masubis and Bento boxes. Highly recommend for this is the best masubi place on the island.

Very cute store, there were not too many items when I went in the afternoon so I recommend to go earlier. Outdoor seating, confident birds

I ordered a small spicy poke bowl on my first day in O'ahu and Komedokoro did not disappoint. Super delicious and quick service.

Adorable shop. The poke bowls were exceptional. You have to walk behind the Japanese dessert store to find it
Best poke we had in Hawaii!

Poke (ahi) was fresh, and rice well cooked. They have a really nice selection of misubi. I enjoyed a cup of miso soup on the side. Really cute spot.
This place is so cheap compared to the many restaurants near waikiki and the food is so good! The rice used in their food is from Japan and milled in the store. The way they cooked the rice and the way it tastes is much better than many of the other musubis I have tried in the area.
I have tried their nori bento, a few different musubis, and an ahi poke bowl. They also have a salmon and ikura bowl that I want to go back and try. The bowls are made to order but they have some musubis and bentos already made if you are in a hurry.
I also tried their yakisoba but wasn't a big fan of it. The rice dishes are their stand out products. This place seems to be pretty popular so selection for ready made items might be limited if you don't go early.

Had a phenomenal meal here! All the premade options looked amazing and fresh. The ingredients are imported from Japan and have such great flavor. I ordered the salmon and cream cheese musubi and my friend got the premade nori bento. the staff are friendly and welcoming and heated up her bento box. i highly recommend this place!!

We picked up 4 different bentos and each was well prepared and very tasty. I had the pork belly and it was one of the better pork belly dishes I’ve had.

A hidden gem! There are delicious hand-made bento boxes and snacks to-go! Highly a recommend if thinking of bringing something light to eat at the beach. There is outside seating under a shaded tree.

This is the place for takeout Japanese bento boxes and onigiri of many kinds. They even have okonomiyaki, which is a savory Japanese pancake. We got meals 3 times in our 4 days in Honolulu. Prices are very reasonable.

Cute little hole-in-the-wall riceball spot! Homemade on the spot. Also just better flavoring than the average riceball chains you see on the island.
