Tlacuaches 808 is an amazing take-out restaurant hidden away in the back of Eaton Square! We ordered carne asada salad and tacos, and both were outstanding. We didn't expect to find good Mexican food in Waikiki, and were pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately, we only found it in our last night in Honolulu, but had we found it earlier, we would have eaten there every evening. Nice little somewhat hidden spot. It's a window/takeout with a few tables nearby. Only tried a couple of things, but they were pretty good and the portions were nice and generous. Three tacos for ten bucks on Tuesdays is a pretty good deal. I'll be back.

Gem of an institution!Had a lovely fresh burrito bowl with rice and beans, veggies and shredded chicken. It came with chips and cheese and salsa.Highly recommend this quality food, walking distance from the beach in Waikiki .
