Queued for a long time, they were unable to provide any steamed milk!! This was not relayed to customers in the queue. Only option was iced coffee. A cup full of ice, cold milk and coffee that was not very good and very overpriced. I wouldn’t waste my time visiting this place again. You are delusional if you think you serve good coffee.

The food is good,and the bakery is fresh and the coffee is good I recommend it to everyone + they’re re not racist and im arab and i get comfortable ❤️

Queue for just coffee would have improved my experience 😞. Waited in long line and ordered pastries and coffee. Left a good tip. Left the establishment and came back to order another drink. Your pour over station was dead quiet. I thought that side of the store was coffee only customers. Disappointed by the condescending treatment by the staff.

Got the chocolate banana croissant which had warm/sweet gooey banana and chocolate inside of it and it tasted delicious! I also got the iced black sesame latte which tasted okay. The coffee is decent and not too bitter. I was more fan of the pastries than the coffee.

I came to, or at least tried to come, here thinking it was a coffee shop. I ended up in a warehouse. This is not a place to visit. I'm giving stars for the coffee itself, NOT for this location since it's not a public space.

NO STORE HERE!

Very rude (old white male) employee forced us to move and took away our chairs when we were sitting waiting for our coffee & pastry, to give the chairs to other customers, even though there were other open chairs and tables available (this was outdoor seating). Told me to move to other tables he pointed to. Then we relocated there and then he came over a few moments later and kicked us out because we had outside food on the table i had picked up earlier (even though we had some coffee and food ordered from this cafe). Meanwhile a white family nearby who also had outside food/drink (juice boxes) was left undisturbed (we are asian... maybe a factor?). So we left. Very rude tone of communication throughout. He could have asked more nicely, and enforced the policy more uniformly on everyone.

I do NOT recommend this place! I went here on vacation based on the Recommendation of a friend. Everything seemed fine, a lady took my order, bagged it and said I was good to go and I was next to pay. I guess she accidentally skipped the gentleman in front of me. Moments later she came to me and said “what else can I get for you I had to give that pastry to him and that was our last” ugh! Additionally, they lady who took my drink order asked is I liked it really sweet? I said absolutely! They removed sugar from the drink! How do you do the complete opposite? After leaving the direct feedback no one ever replied to me. SKIP this place and don’t waste your money!

The best coffee and patisserie in Honolulu (all of Hawaii infact one the best in US). Their pineapple coconut almond croissant is out of this world and kona coffe is too good. Kona coffee destroyed the coffee for me on the mainland US. I had to take a months break from cidfee to reset my tate buds. The variety and quality of their parties is awesome

Worth waiting in line for an hour!
