The Chicken Cutlets may be a bit oily, but the Loco Moco is a crowd favorite for its delicious taste and size. The restaurant is SO CLEAN and the food quality is good. Everything including Barbecue is found here. The food was such good quality. Not salty. Meat was not dry or tough. The rice was perfectly cooked. The whole entire plate was so delicious. The AC felt nice. The cashier was really sweet/nice. The restaurant can get crowded during lunchtime, but the free parking is a bonus. The service was quick. The vibe is the basic which is nice and clean with a good amount of seating. The convenience they provide is appreciated. Overall, L&L provides a variety of classic Hawaiian dishes like burgers, katsu, and mochiko chicken in a casual setting with affordable prices and ample parking.
