Pretty disappointing for a Ritz Carlton Property. Initial table we were sat at wobbled badly as did the one next to us. After finding a stable table we ordered multiple appetizers and a salad. After waiting 45 minutes all the items were brought to us at the same time. At a restaurant charging these prices I expect some level of coursing along with fresh plates. They then told us upon dropping off 5 dishes at once that last call for food was that moment, a full hour before closing time. We skipped the steak and main we planned to order and will not go back. Try Strip Steak instead, they course meals properly like you’d expect for that level of restaurant and have epic steaks. The appetizers we did have at Solera were not impressive.

Forget just dinner this was an unforgettable journey. The wow factor began instantly, turning the corner from the elevator to that view, perfectly framed from our table. Flawless food, impeccable service, great music, and a truly unique dessert followed. The heartfelt goodbye from our waitress capped it off perfectly. We loved every second

Had a great experience, Zep one of the cooks there was extremely part of our experience. I'd definitely come back here again when we visit the island!

Litteraly a scam when you are charged for tips before you actually even give tips. You gett humiliated for then not giving tips more than 10 percent on top of the service charges

Food, and atmosphere is great. Went for breakfast even though I dont usually eat breakfast, so I didn't eat much of my food, got the rest boxed up and when I went to eat the left overs the meat was missing, got the breakfast bento and I should have had most of the meat and rice left and instead it was just rice and the fermented beans. $150 to have my food go missing.

What a refreshing dining experience. For me, EXPERIENCE is what seems to set many establishments apart. When your server is the consummate pro...wow, Delilah was authentic, lovely and present... along with the original delicate flavors of the caesar salad, light Rose, and Koji Marinated Vegetables: kabocha squash, japanese eggplant, carrot, puna gardens heart of palm, local watercress, beluga lentils.

For locals: 4 hour validated parking, late night happy hour 8-10, inspiring artful interior design.

Another tip: try Quiora on the same Lobby level, which was also exceptional. Preston, the manager was attentive, kind, and professional.

Will be back often, this is too easy!!

Order a few dishes and they had great food but had $200 steak that was poorly cooked. Service was friendly but I wish they did more to correct the mistake.
