We got the to-go box, great sushi at a great price definitely recommend.
4.7/5 — nearly perfect. Sushi Sho was one of the best and most focused sushi experiences I’ve had. The meal is prepaid through Tock, with gratuity included, so once you sit down the experience is entirely about the omakase.

Very interesting variety of sushi, many dishes had a distinctly Hawaiin twist to them.

Sushi Sho is a top-tier restaurant in the USA, surpassing even famous spots like Sukiyabashi Jiro. Each dish exceeds expectations, with standout items like marinated scallop and tender octopus. The flavors are enhanced, and the balance of seasoning is impressive. Visitors praise the spectacular omakase, noting it rivals top spots in Japan and major US cities. The overall experience, from taste to service to atmosphere, is exceptional. The restaurant offers a very good cooking experience with all sushi and dishes, including dessert, being delicious. It is located inside the Ritz Carlton Hotel Waikiki, serving omakase menu at the sushi counter. Reservations are very limited and hard to get, but the quality of the food and service is worth the effort. Diners can enjoy Edomae-style sushi omakase with great sake-pairing options, and they can expect a divine, memorable experience with top-notch varieties of fish and delicate preparation. The craftsmanship and dedication to every piece of sushi are clear, and the quality of the fish is outstanding.
