Very interesting variety of sushi, many dishes had a distinctly Hawaiin twist to them.
The bara shirashi box is an excellent value. The sushi is high quality and well seasoned and the rice is perfectly cooked and consistent both times I've ordered it.

The overall experience, from taste to service to atmosphere, is exceptional. The restaurant offers a very good cooking experience with all sushi and dishes, including dessert, being delicious. It is located inside the Ritz Carlton Hotel Waikiki, serving omakase menu at the sushi counter. Reservations are very limited and hard to get, but the quality of the food and service is worth the effort. Diners can enjoy Edomae-style sushi omakase with great sake-pairing options, and they can expect a divine, memorable experience with top-notch varieties of fish and delicate preparation. The craftsmanship and dedication to every piece of sushi are clear, and the quality of the fish is outstanding.
