The food is great! Especially the steamed fish 😋! My go to spot for steamed fish.
Not so clean environment, not authentic flavor for Cantonese appetite, but really good price and variety comparing with other similar dim sum places nearby..

Delicious dim sum. Based on what we saw, this is definitely a locals' favorite, and based on what we ate, I can see why. Everything we had was first rate.

They automatically ADD a surcharge a $1.50 fee if you’re using a charge card. Ask to remove this if you’re paying by cash. In a sketchy part of town especially after the sun goes down. Legends is known for their dim sum(lunch dumplings). Not so their dinner time food. Get there b4 noon for the largest variety of dim sum being pushed around and offered on dim sum carts. Yes, Chinese restaurants are hectic and noisy(it’s a cultural thing). For the ‘first timers’ for dim sum, don’t let this dissuade you.
The restaurant is pretty dated and the a/c seems pretty weak. The cart dimsum is quick and convenient. The tea is a bit too bitter and no chili oil on the tables.
Food and service is great, just tends to get really crowded. My fave dim sum. To go to in Hawaii.

Busy Saturday lunch period but we were seated right away. Carts come around and you request what you want from them. Fresh dim sum and desserts. Could also order dishes (for veggies bc they're not in the dim sum/carts).
Quick service. Air conditioning could have been cooler. Water wasn't offered, we had to ask mid-meal
Nice family atmosphere with the usual sounds of dishes and conversations. Would go again

I actually got lost looking for a Vietnamese restaurant and ended up here. I realized it was dim sum restaurant so I used the provided check list to order what I wanted and it came out within 10 minutes hot and fresh. The server spoke a little fast, but she was nice as she gave me water and tea immediately. The chicken feet were super tender and flavorful while the honeycomb tripe had a slight chew but melted eventually. It was such a filling meal and I would definitely come back.

We actually ordered more dimsum dishes today. Too busy to eat. Forgot about taking pictures 😜
This restaurant is always busy.
That’s why the food is always fresh 👍
Save some space for sweet dessert in the end 😜

Food is good, gets very busy and is very loud during lunch, sometimes you just going to have to get stuff on your own, like water, napkins, takeout containers for your leftovers. Tables are very close together.
