Wasn't planning on eating here but 1st choice was closed. Glad we did...dim sum pretty good & reasonably priced. Wasn't crowded & was seated quickly. 2 of us had 6 dim sums & enjoyed it.

They automatically ADD a surcharge a $1.50 fee if you’re using a charge card. Ask to remove this if you’re paying by cash. In a sketchy part of town especially after the sun goes down. Legends is known for their dim sum(lunch dumplings). Not so their dinner time food. Get there b4 noon for the largest variety of dim sum being pushed around and offered on dim sum carts.
