We attended a drag brunch and the entire experience was fantastic. The service was A+; all the servers were exceptionally polite and efficient, the food was pretty good - 4 star, not 5 star, but much better than a typical bench buffet and frankly, much better than I had expected. On paper, this buffet sounds great. In reality, it's disappointing.  The prime rib was overdone, the salmon odd tasting. There was no lechon. The bacon was limp and the pancakes very dry. The crab legs were those really small ones. The seafood table had everything promise but none of it looked appetizing. The raw oysters were so huge, you didn't want to eat them. It was a great experience today at brunch. The food was great & the staff was Excellent w service they provided. It was very a very relaxing & calm experience w the beautiful aquarium our grandson loved!
